I buy a clone of HTC Touch 3G. Is the model T3232 or T3238. I don´t Know, but the problem is that has the english language, and i need the spanish language. How i can change it?

sorry from the info i got on the clone it is not possible u see u need to do HSPL to flash any rom and this seems not to happen on the clone sorry

I am planning to buy HTC P3600 here in Portugal. But the problem is that it has a Portuguese Language ROM. Can you tell me if it is possible for me to put an English ROM instead...? Can i remove the Portuguese one and replace it with an English Language ROM...?
Or to do this it has to be unlocked in some way...?
Because i will only buy it if i can change it to English...

You can do this only if you unlock your device (at this time it will be charged 30 € by http://www.imei-check.co.uk/m700unlock.php)
Then you can choose a WWE ROM and flash it.
But :

Why you don't buy it with an english ROM?

Choose one of the roms in this section: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=374, they are all english WWE and flash it to your device.
some of it are english.
and there are german roms at the back, but they will write that its in german.
can any one please guide me how to change language Italian to English..

THe HTC PU10 seems to be the same as the HTC Universal, you'll probally get better answears here.

that said, what Lukasnix posted is correct, usually the only way to change language is to reflash the ROM.
