Maybe it's a question better asked in ROM-dev., but I'll give it a try:
If I download 6.5 and manila 2.5 from there, and the language-pack meant for 2.1, will I be able to get Norwegian 6.5 and manila 2.5?
I'm working on a clean WM6.5.1 23071 build right now.

not sure but your files from wm6,1 won't work on wm6,5 i think and in some roms you can change language of manila in registry

I'm using the standard HTC ROM (1.14.406.3) and I would like to update my touchflo 3D to the one present inside the Windows Mobile 6.5 without changing my ROM.
Is there a .cab to do that ?

There is no new TFLO3D in WM 6.5.... I'm guessing you saw a custom ROM where someone cooked in the new TFLO3D from the Rhodium.

But it's for VGA only, i'm not sure what res the HD's screen is but i'm sure someone has (or is trying to) port it to that screen res.
Also, in those screenshots, the Diamond 2 is still running WM 6.1 not WM 6.5.

It's not really done from cabs but have a read in the Rom forum

No, you have to flash a ROM
And also there is no Manila 2.6 yet. The "2.6" that you are referring to is just a more advanced beta of 2.5 taken from the Leo rom.

2.6 may not even run on our hardware unless some hacks the exe file or HTC is developing it also for our hardware. The early version I have is not made for our chipsets.

As far I know, its not possible, and the version needs to be cooked into the ROM.
how can i change my rom?? what advantages/disadvantages..?

srry so far there is no cab to upgrade with. if you want 2.5 you have to use a cooked rom. htc said they will be gettin a 2.1 to 2.5 upgrade just no time line.
I would use a cooked rom, but its realy hard to find a rom where copilot live is already installed or to find a cab of copilot.
There is an release of copilot on the htc site but there comes always a error if i want to download. "your device is not compatible"

You won't find Sense 2.5 in CAB form
However, this ROM has Sense 2.5 and CoPilot:

6.5.5 actually. I know it only showed "6.5 Professional" when we checked About.
i've tested it. its 6.5 as the atart button still at the top. carefull though, this one for non-camera version

That's right, it's for the non-camera T3330 not T3333 or T3320 (non-gps/3G).
