Any chance of posting the other sliders? The images on the site referenced in your signature are blank.
Somebody else said that, but I can see it fine..
That is strange..
Looking into it..
Issues with the website SHOULD be fixed.
Sorry for that folks. My HTML skills are pretty poor.
Looks nice, thanks for sharing!

They are on the website I made. You will see a slider listed as "Default White". Those are my originals.
before i was unable to see any of them :/ now i can thanks
edit: it says "The requested URL /\files\Default_White.zip was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." when i click on the white one

i'm using firefox. the nhl and nfl zip comes up that's all. i tried looking at your codes but it the same as the nhl and nfl i don't see why it won't show up. maybe if you upload it through mediafire or any other file sharing host and have it linked to the png.
<p align="left"><i><font face="Tahoma" size="5" color="#FFFFFF">Windows Logo Slider</font></i></p>
<p align="center"><img border="0" src="images/Windows_Logo.png" width="800" height="73"></p>
<p align="center"> </p>
<p align="left"><i><font face="Tahoma" size="5" color="#FFFFFF">NFL Slider</font></i></p>
<p align="center"><img border="0" src="images/NFL.png" width="800" height="73"></p>
i noticed that the nfl and nhl says files/NFL.zip and it works. the ones that were like this "\files\Windows_Logo.zip" didnt. idk if that's the problem but you should check it out. i'm not an expert on html either though :/
OK. I think I have my HTML stupidness fixed.
I tried all links in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. They all work for me.
Sorry again folks.
Is the Programs tab custom? I don't see the icon for it in your collections.
S
I believe it is.
Can you send me a screen shot of what it looks like and I will see if it is even in the manila files in the Verizon ROM.
If it is, I'll add it to the icons.
So are all the images and links working for everybody now?
Updated !!!!

really cool..is this thing reals??
Nope, fake
Hense why I'm asking if anyone can develop it because I have very, very little programming experience
Looks good, gotta be threaded!
I agree. Maybe instead of 'From' and 'Message' there could be contact names that you press to get to a threaded view of messages. Either way, I just wanted to put a design idea on the table.
woah what a nice design then I think this think really exist..oh great if there is a programmer who want to create it
I've added an idea for threaded SMS. Can anyone help make this into a program?
Since you are GREAT in Graphics and stuff...why dont you make a Skin for Pocket CM like this
can u send me the files..i mean the background..the buttons and all the stuff..maybe i will try something
Nice idea.... It looks very cool.....
I've sent ather90 the graphics, so now we can just hope lol

i guess its the new 3.5 framework needed ^^
just tried it, looks like a pretty sweet start. hope it turns into a full program.
Yeah sorry i Forgot to tell
it needs .NETCF 3.5
woah Ather will it work for VGA?
It would be lovely if this could be created implementing own MMS/SMS handlers by using
FormFactoryEx.. so this could be embedded directly to tmail...
I know the messageview and the compose form can be created in this way(check the sdk samples), but i'm not sure if you can create the list of messages custom.. i know you can override the basic icons/bitmaps used to describe read/attachment and so on.. but i'm not sure about the generic window..

it looks fine... but it's missing the blue background. if anyone figures out how to change it please let me know.
thanks
I am sorry, that I am opening this after quite long time, but I am facing the same problem now. I want to customize this app to match my global skin, but background is still persisting. I tried virtually everything, but without success. Same situation is also with LargeTitleBar app.
Did anybody make progress in this?

The background is in the .dll file if I remember right. Search up n how to edit the dll and you should be ok. Have not done it myself but will give it a shot to see If I can help more. No promises
zelendel: I thought that too, but only this is in HTCVolumeControl.dll:
3 icon entries, 1 text string, 3 group icons and 1 version info
Nothing else. I tried different resource editors (PE explorer and Resource Hacker) and it is same in both of them. Or am I doing something wrong?

I don't think your doing anything wrong as same with me, thought i'd have a look @ resources.
I'm stumped
stylez: Yes, there are some PNGs and I think that only "HTCVolumeControl.png" is used. But some parts of it look like they are not used at all. I attached my "HTCVolumeControl.png" with legends.

Yeah i edited my last post not sure if you seen before i did? I was looking @ same file but noticed that nir36 had edited them all blue so not that... I was under same assumption that maybe the lower ones where stretched for background before looking @ nir36's files.

I've looked around and can't find any good manila 2.5 animated backgrounds. I've seen the three default animated wallpapers but there a bit stock. Anyone know of where there are more available or what sort of file is used and where it needs be filed?
Thanks
mmmmhhhh I'm interested too
I'm not having much luck finding anything... does anyone know how to create them or where I can even get the stock animated backgrounds?
Ditto, i'd like to find some too
Anyone know if this feature can be ported over to manila 2.1 via a cab file?

Ok I think I have discovered that they are animated PNG files so with a little bit of help from photoshop we should soon have some animated *.PNG wallpapers floating around.
Hi,
I don't realy like the animated wallpapers, but when I select a weather wallpaper, the white background for some screens (for example settings -> personalize) changes into the same background as the background I select, making the text unreadable.
I would like to make a simple jpg file selectable for animated gif. Anybody anny idea how to fix this?
(Hout is ducht for wood )
Hey all,
I'm sure several of us are running ROMs which offer the vanilla lockscreen like below:
[courtesy of Neon87: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=751831]
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Above, we can see the icon represents the 'silent' function.
However, I have seen other lockscreens whereby the icon on the right hand side has been changed to someting else, for example: Vibrate Only [which is what I'm after], or launch Music Player, etc.
Anyone know how it's done?
I've been searching for that too, to change the silent button into vibrate but I haven't found anything yet
I hope someone can help us to change that
I think widgetlocker can do that
I'd rather change it without using another app, like changing something in the lockscreen code
I think it has to be changed in the android.policy.jar file since the fix for the lockscreen is coded inthere , but I don't know where and what I would have to change since I don't know much about the android coding

Sorry to disappoint, I found that screen in either one of these threads, both are a 'post your homescreen' type thread:
- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=476483
- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=665991&page=152
I can't remember which page, sorry. But it will have been in the most recent 15 pages of either thread.
so, i have found from where the screenshot came from.
It's from a member who runs a Froyd Villain rom on his hero and the rom is android 2.2
Now, turns out that in android 2.2 this is default the sliding to vibrate instead of silent (tested it out on the android emulator)
I have downloaded a 2.2 rom version and now I will try to find the differences between the 2.1 an 2.2 lockscreen files and hope I will be able to change it
^ thats pretty good going, nice one! I didn't know it was standard in Android 2.2.
