Hey everybody.I have some problem's and maybe you could help me.
I'm using htc 8125.My battery have been broken,i boat a new one,but there is another problem right now.When i turn on the phone it's turns to HTC black screen(was with windows) and don't even goes to the main screen with info(isp etc.)
I tried to reinstall windows,but when i turn the phone to the bootloader mode it doesn't connect to the pc.
Could you please help me
Don't need it anymore.It's started working by it's self.

Hi my phone was playing up the last few days needing reset all the time so I reinstalled the rom and the phone was running great until yesterday I insalled sim city 2000 which worked no probs but I couldnt exit the program so done a soft reset and now all I get is a pure white screen it does nothing at all. any ideas ???

Also the dpad buttons are getting very hot . its as if the phone is working as when I connect to usb active sync will do its stuff and I can browse the software on the phone using windows. But just cant see anything but a white sceen on the device itself.
Anyone any ideas

Hey guys,
ActiveSync wasn't finding my phone last night, so I soft reset it. When it started up, it's stuck on white screen (where the blue, windows mobile screen should be). ActiveSync cannot see the phone at all.

I've put it into bootloader menu (SPL 1.09) and connecting the USB cable changes "serial" to "USB"
Windows XP finds "HTC USB Sync" device and ActiveSync's wheels start turning.
A few seconds later, ActiveSync stops wokring, saying the device can't connect.
All I want is to recover my SMSs, the rest I don't care.
Is there a way to connect to the phone's files in 'HTC USB Sync' (bootloader) mode??

I managed to upgrade to 1.09 while stuck in this white screen... is there any fix to the white screen?
The other forum post didnt work, tried the battery off for 20mins, the usb plugged in with no battery (phone doesnt even turn on this way)

Have you tried to flash from SD card... There is a guide i WIKI.
yeah, I had to hard reset and lose my data
i also have the white screen. it just died one day, at the time i didnt even know about roms and i'd never heard of this site.
any help getting it mended would be well appreciated.

Try pulling battery out, other than that, only thing to do is a hard reset.

Great reason to backup frequently.
(I use PIMBackup 2.5 everynight at 4am and sbp backup twice a week at 4:30am)

heyy guys i have the same problem with my screen, i bought a new one in ebay, after installed the new screen, i turned on the phone, the screen works fine, but when i turned off the phone and change the sim card, then when i turned on the phone again the screen was in blank!!!

My phone gives me white screen every now and then when I reset it. I simply reset again and it's fine.
Seems to occur more frequently the longer I leave the phone without total formatting. (It's Windows - it needs ocassional formatting)
about my white screen
when i turn off the phone and turn on again my screen appears in blank but when i did a hard reset my screen works fine!! i don't really understand my htc 8525 hahaha he is crazy and the call button and end call button doesn't work.

I have some problems with my display on htc touch hd.
I install new ROM with Windows 6.5 and display my phone as show as on this
picture. I returned old ROM (RUU_BlackStone_HTC_Europe_1.56.401.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship) on HD
and I restored old SPL, but problem was remained.
I noticed that these problems appears when
1. my phone stay in standby mode a long time
2. my phone is charging. The device was switched off.
Now I have one problem else, sometimes the phone will not turn.
I must removed battery and I am waiting 2-3 minutes and after I can try to switch on my device. What is wrong with my phone? Please, help me!
lol thats cool and upside down fone have you tried installing a g-sensor app that will auto rotate your screen?
it's a hardware problem, but I don't know what is broken.

My HTC Touch Dual is not working anymore.
if im going to start the device it just will boot the Windows and thats it.
Its a Branded T-Mobile phone and i dont know what happens.
it starts suddenly while im recharging my device. I saw that the phone got problems while charging. the Display screen got brighter and 2secs later darker like a loose connection. Can you help me ??

*EDIT: I tryed to flash a new update for that phone but i got an error while im flahing "error 293"

So, my aunt gave me a hd2 she found yesterday and i currently have no idea on how to fix it and to make it usable. Currently the phone is able to charge with an orange light poping up. However, when i try turning it on, It vibarates once and only a black screen lights up. I tried googling the problem and so far, trying to hard reset or run bootloader only results in a black screen. Is the phone fubar or is there any hope of fixing it? thank you in advance.
plug it into a usb on PC with WMDC installed & run a rom updater & see if detects device.
Some links for HTC roms can be found in wiki & also the hard rest & bootloader key sequence ...
Make sure you know what what model you got before commencing with actual flashing though.

IMO it's more likely to be a faulty LCD or something related to(a faulty LCD motherboard connector)...
Could be, does it detect in WMDC, have you tried MyMobiler (link in my sig).
If turn it on do any buttons seem to function, doyou get any audio feedback when volume pressed up & down ?
could it be karma ?
