Hi,
When I press any button on my BT Stereo Headset, my Blackstone always opens WMP.
I want it to use an (any) other player in stead. (pref. CorePlayer of TCPMP)
I did search the forum and I found this problem in some threads but there are no solutions there...
I've tried AVRCP Agent, But it doesnt work. I also tried a2dptoggle but it didn't work at all (just showed a today plugin that did nothing)....
Is there a solution because the library of WMP realy sucks bigtime.

I've got the same problem too. Even if coreplayer is currently playing, when I press the pause button on my bluetooth headphones. It will pause coreplayer and open WMP... WMP is completely awful... I have no clue how to disable it.

I like to listen music by CorePlayer and a bluetooth headphone, but I cannot control CorePlayer by using AVRCP, every time when I push the "Next" or "Previous" button on headphone, it will control the TF3D Music Player automatically, I can only use to turn volume up and down with CorePlayer.
How can I enable it or how to disable AVRCP by default using TF3D Music Player ?

I have realy searched and read everywere but I Can´t find the answer.
I have Dutty´s 3.3 and I like the HTC Music Player but when I press play on my headset the Windows Media Player starts.
There must be a tweak of some sort that tells the HD wich one should be the default BT ACRCP/A2DP player.
Please help!!

Try unchecking music tab from customise tabs and use S2P&S2U2 . It works fine . Cheers !

I own the Motorola S9HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones and noticed when I launch S2P, WM media player launches also.
Any ideas why this occurs? If I don't have the BT headset on and launch S2P by itself, no problems.
Please any ideas will be appreciated.

I think it's from the S9s. When i launch Coreplayer and press the play button, it starts WMP :\ This wasn't the case with my regular S9s.

You may want to enable CorePlayer's options of taking control of WMP plugins. S2P doesn't support Bluetooth controls I thought?
AC explained it to me via prv msg that its a part of WM core engine which automatically loads at S2P execution. No way to disable it..

Hi,
I install Meridian player and like it very much.
But when I'm using my AD2P bluetooth headset, it launches and changes HTC Music player tracks.
I enabled the "use headset" option in Meridian, but can't find where to disable it for default player.
Any ideas ?

I got the same problem.
I tried to disable it with the program Autostarts (paid app)
The buttons don't work if i disable it.
Does anyone have a solution so it works with Meridian.
I also have the problem that sometimes the audio stutters,
and when i play mp3's i hear some variation in the playback speed.
I didn't find any solution yet.
Anybody ?
I have the same problem with Beyondpod and ACast. Dou you have find a solution ?
I tried with default android player..same result: impossible to change tracks.
Only HTCMusic player seems to have this functionnality

The stutter comes from apps that run in the background, i also hope that it will be fixed in android 2.0. when i close everything with taskkiller it works fine.
I tested Meridian with my headset and the same problem. when i press a button like play/pause htc player starts. maybe it works if you remove the htc player?? but i'm not sure.

Same results, meridian don't work with headset buttons
I've found the stutter is from wifi being on. It keeps checking and using up resources.
I would love the ability to pause/skip tracks in acast and last.fm. Is this something that may be added in the future?

So its really meridian that not works with bluetooth headset. hope there will be a fix for it

I searched for a solution to my problem but was unable to find anything relevant. But maybe I just didn't use the right keywords... I would be suprised, if I were the only one who's ever encountered this problem!
After a soft-reset of the device, I pressed the play button on my bluetooth headset before TF3D was running, causing WMP to launch. Now, I can only control WMP via AVRCP, no longer the TouchFlo music player. How can I fix this/reset whatever changed to the default settings?
