I think that's the name of the software.
I've noticed some chefs add it to their ROM, but where can I download it separately incase a chef didn't cook it into the ROM???

Bepe and Swtos has done really good job with WM6.1 ROMs. Take a look at them and decide which one is suitable for you.

No you can't since it's for Iolite and not Polaris

I saw a post some were that UDK had it on his PRO or Diamond not sure witch one.

No. In the first post you have full rom only. I've extracted from this rom XIP and SYS.

Use the touch.dll from an older Elfin rom (i.e. one from the 2.xx ROM series).
