is there any games for our touch pro 2?
Check out the software sticky in this forum please.
Also, the TP2 is a Windows Mobile device. So, please try using Google for "windows mobile game".
Here's a good place to start.

I guess you can't run iPhone apps on Windows Mobile devices, since they have a different OS.
But (I don't if that's even feasible), is there a way to make a translator, which would translate the programs written for iPhone OS, so they could be readable in the Windows Mobile OS?
or could there be an emulator, although it might go slow

Need For Speed works with the g-sensor, not a great game but definitely working.
Any others?

If it is designed for PPC (pocket pc) then yes. Others might not work although some do get through. Just look for games/ programs built for ppc and you should be fine.

Have you checked out TomTom's website for Windows Mobile software? I believe they have at least the CAB file for the application, which lets you download 1 free map after you install it.

TomTom7 has not been released for the TP2 yet - but it will be soon according to an email I had from TomTom support today...

TomTom 7 runs perfectly fine on my TP2. Not sure if they're wanting to release one a bit more friendlier for WVGA, but it looks and operates fine for me the way it is.
Really? Don't you find it a bit choppy/jerky? It used to run perfectly smooth on my old Vogue, but I think it's due to the much higher resolution.

Bought it with the used Kaiser I have as a backup.
As far as performance, it's not choppy for me. Runs fairly smooth to me.
Does anyone have any idea when TomTom 8 is going to see release for WinMo in general. Thought I'd throw that out there whilst we're semi on the topic .
Will there be any Windows Phone 7 Series for the Nexus one?
Would be nice to test the new OS on a phone. Hope some of XDA's talented developers would look in to this when the time is right
one word: no.

I hope someone pulls through and does it, althought we are short one hardware key to match up the win7 requirements.
I don't really see it being an issue getting on here, alot of the hardware will be on other phones so drivers should be around.

Yes Winmo sucks, but I hope the new 7 series will do something with this, and if it becomes a good mobile OS i don't want to buy a new phone.. I love my N1 and i think it could be fun to play with.
As far as becoming a good mobile OS, it's not off to a good start. No multitasking, no copy/paste, and today I saw someone say that Microsoft has disallowed development of applications that rival native applications. Seriously, are they retarded? Those are some of the worst things people complained about with the iphone.
i have notice that there is a Tamagotchi game for android phones is it possible to port it to the windows mobile? or is there a game like it out already for windows mobile please let me know thanks
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooOO!!!! I want to know too! i used to own one of the originals. I miss those little hungry buggers
Come on guys, its a game right?
