I'm not sure whether anyone else experiences this as I haven't read a lot about it. I am facing a problem with RSS hub on my snap. I installed a .cab file from this forum, but after installing (which says to have successfully completed), RSS hub simply won't start.
Anyone who can share a .cab file that works?

Have you tried viigo, it works fine on my sprint snap. You can try it and just might suit your needs, just go to www.viigo.mobi/home to download the cab file

I had problems with this and older version. No .jpg images, however, thehy are downloaded. Can you verify this?

I managed to get Netfront working on my jasjar (after following the instructions from another forum). It does not work when my connection is wifi, but it does work with a 3g, gprs connection. You need first to open the standard explorer and connect to the internet (3g,gprs) and then close ie and open netfront. Works fine after that.

Wondering whether any user have any problems with Newsbreak? Any feedback on the program? Thanks in advance.
I had some trouble with Newsbreak before they gave me a link to download the latest beta version (1.1.0.1032), but now it works great. I haven't tried other feed readers, but I really like this one.
I recommend Pluck on PC, Egress on handheld. Terrific software, export the opml file from Pluck to Egress easily.
I have the Apache (Verizon XV6700) and noticed that there's no Today plug-in for the Device Lock feature such as on the Wizard and other Pocket PCs.
Can anyone tell me what DLL files and registry entries they could be related to, and better yet, can anyone extract them so it can be tested out on devices that don't have them?
I'm also looking for anyone who has a Samsung i730 device. They have this program called Picsel Browser and it's actually quite amazing, being able to read PDF and Office documents, plus even grab full HTML pages and look as good as your browser at home.

Another file is the CapNotify.exe found on the Wizard. I'd like to see if it can work on the Apache. Can anyone provide this file?

I have a 20mb PDF installed on my Tytn. ClearVue can open the pdf, but when I try and scroll down the document I get the progress bar at the bottom like its trying to display the page but instead it closes the application completely.
I have downloaded Adobe Acrobat for Pocket PC version 2, however it fails to install and states its not got a trusted certificate.
Can anyone help?

I could be wrong, but I highly doubt you'll be able to open a 20MB file. You probably don't have enough RAM available...
I have a similar problem with ClearVue as well. In my case it immediately closes when trying to open any PDF file. Anybody an idea is really appreciated.

Have you downloaded the correct version of Adobe for PPC? I have it installed and no problem opening files.

ClearVue PDF
I was using CV as it came installed in my Dopod. It must suffer from some sort of memory leakage or other gross memory management flaw since it takes forever to "redraw" even a small document of less than 70Kb. I tried to ope a 1.4MB document and went ok, aside of the time it took to display each page. In short, it is useless. In spite of no specific support mentioned on Adobe's web site, I went on and installed Adobe for PPC 2.0. It worked flawlessly! Disregard the warnings referring to compatibility and/or certificates. It should run perfectly. As for screen redraw speeds, no comparison! Adobe PPC2.0 beats CV hands down!
Finally, does anybody know how to uninstall ClearVue? Is it possible at all? If not, I may have to use Pocket Tweak to redefine file extensions for Adobe PPC

Had my Dopod838pro for 1 month, now had problem
ClearVue PDF - Dopod program.
Whenever I click this program , will show this error
message:
A problem has occurred with gwes.exe.
Please tell Microsoft...
- No third party program installed yet except those from Dopod
- Done soft reset but still same problem.
- Cannot find this software in Remove Program
Can any one pls advise on how should i reinstall or remove this program or recitify this problem.

I managed to get the ClearVue PDF working again
after 2 hard reset. On the first hard reset, ClearVue is better but still seem to be having the some problem, so I tried a second reset after which is OK. Maybe you should try that.

That's worth a try. Also the Graphics, Windowing and Events Subsystem (GWES) controls the graphics output. Some folks have found that having cleartype enabled causes errors.

Great!!! finally something that works from a sd card without tinkering with. By the way - it works to some degree on qtek 8500 with wm6 as well. I tried it with opera - no problem at all and great.
Bombus - the jabber client - problem!!! doesn't use all keys - direction and input. Other miscallenneous programs - input problem. To be expected though, it was made for different software.
Not a major problem though. The JRebeiro_EsmertecJbed3d works from sd card as well - install and just move the big exe somewhere and it will run ok. The files will be stored in the main memory though. To be exact in the appdb dir in windows folder.
I decided to keep the new version - for instance in bombus the text is actually written you just can't see it. if you switch the t9 on and carefully write your login, pass and server, you can even use it. However, it is only just usable, I don't really use it often, in favour of Agile, so I can live with it.
Never mind, I don't know what was worse my laziness or the stupidity of my question. Sorry for taking up threadspace

problem with Opera 4.1 trusted release and this update
Is anyone having problems with this and Opera 4.1 trusted midlet? I am experiencing the following:
Everytime I try to use autocomplete and type an address, when I press a letter it repeatedly makes the same letter. Also using the fast scrolling feature with numbers 2, 4, 6, 8 does the same thing except for without the letters. It just keeps scrolling by itself! Any one else experiencing this and is there a way to fix this?

I gave Java build 20080521.4.1 on my new sprint ROM for my Mogul.
Anyone know where I can get this as a .cab so I can install it into customs ROM's that I flash?
Installed this on an Axim X51v - doesn't run at all, from main memory or SD card. It just doesn't open at all. Any ideas?
