upgrade to wm6.5 build 23006 last night, and i realized that everytime I open any applications or settings from the program or setting menu, it goes back to today screen after I closed it,
e.g: Start ----> Setting ----> Personal ----> Owner information after opened and then closed owner information it goes back to today screen.
my question is how can I make the menu goes like this:
start ----> setting ----> personal ----> owner information after opened and then closed, back to personal menu.

Hi Folks,
I have just upgraded the ROM using ROMKitchen (3.17.03 ENG O2-Euro). Now, the phone icon does not appear in the main window, tough it works when I go to Start--Phone--. Can someone please tell me how I can get this phone link back on the main menu.

Why don´t press you the green "Phone" button? It starts the phone-application automaticly.
Or just edit the startmenu settings...
Start -> Settings -> Menus
select the phone application.

I hope i am not wrong but i haven't saw any relative topic in our forum, if not please forgive me in advance and point me to the link .After installing 2 programs in my PDA, i "lost" the entire section of the settings pulldown menu and of course all the relative programms/settings you can find there like for examp: ''GPS menu/settings''. Please i am VERY new to PDA's and i am lost, i dont know what to do to bring it back. So i thank you in advance for ANY help or hint you can give me. Always with respect ...GREEK DOM
what two programs did you install? i suspect you have actually deleted the links from your device using file explorer, if you have the only way to return them would be
1. copy the shortcuts from another device
2. Create the shortcuts yourself
3. Hard reset the device and it will restore the settings for you
option 3 is the easiest option for you , being a noob. Make sure you have synced the contacts and data with your pc before doing a hard reset as EVERYTHING will be wiped
Recently aquired HD - very happy with it- My problem is - disabled the stocks tab in TF3D 0.67 config tool as thought would never have to use it - after searching through forum discovered you could make it show currency rate - this is usefull. however when trying to restore the stocks tab it is no longer there as an option to turn on, either in the config tool or in the settings tab (customise tabs section). Does anybody know if there a way of restoring the option, preferably without a hard reset. Done a search through forums for answer and cant seem to find answer. Suspect maybe missing manila files, does anyone know what they are?
Any help appreciated.
PS have tryed the 15 tab option as per http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=450278 . still no joy
I had the same problem, finally fixed it yesterday, here's how
1. With a registry explorer go to: HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/Configuration/. This will contain some numbered directories ( 0-10 or something ).
2. You have to create a new key ( directory ) with the following number, so if 10 is your highest, create 11.
3. Go to a key which already existed, copy all values there and paste them to your new key ( 11 ). It should contain 4 records ( (Default), Enable, PageName, Title )
4. Then go to your new key ( 11 ) and change the following:
- Enable -> 1
- PageName -> Manila://inforwidget.page
- Title -> [[IDS_STOCK]]
5. Close you registry editor and restart your TouchFLO, you'll see that the stock tab came back
6. Use the tab settings to enable/disable it or put it in the place you want it

How can I edit settings that I can't get access from menu in android? I would like to for example set custom backlight times when screen is locked cuz on hero rom 15 sec is too long for me I wanna have 5 sec (like before on stock rom). Is there any soft that allow me to do that like(advanced configuration in WINMO) or what files I suppose to check for that settings?
Come on ,anybody ? There must be a files or something that holds all settings !

When i was resetting my phone after calibrating screen i turned the phone off and i installed the cabs manually ,
Now , When i turn on the phone i see a message about installing programs , If i press no date and clock on the phone will be 13:00 2010.5.1
How can i remove this page ??? or do some thing for clock setting ?

3) After rebooting, the Sony Logo will appear again asking to retry. Press NO. Well by default this will keep on showing up every time you restart the phone, and it will also reset your time & date setting to some time in March. But I found a solution for that. With registry editor of your choice, search for Launch190 (HKLM\init\Launch190\CustAppInstaller.exe). Delete that value, and phone won't ask you again if you want to retry the CABS instalation, also it won't change your Time & Date setting again!!
