Collapse ChaosThis came from dumped Topaz ROM and should resize itself to most resolutions(see below for confirmation). Works great on VGA Raphael(Fuze). I had a whole thing typed up about the game, but it got lost when I tried to upload. It is a game like Tetris/Bubblebraker which you have to touch similar colors to clear the stage. There are several types of gameplay as well as "Quest" and "Free Play" modes. Unlock more by playing quest Attatching a few screens. I suggerst you try this game If you find where game data is saved I willl add a backup feature in my Flashback scriipt(see sig).
I will remove the cab at request of AT&T or software developer if there are any copyright issues

Refuses to work on my HTC Diamond with 2.03 stock rom, all that happens when I click on the icon is that the screen flashes for about 0.5 second.
I've restarted my device and tried again without any luck...

Thanks for reporting. Lets see any other Diamond users have same issue. Thats too bad you couldnt try it out If it works on other Diamond then could potentially fix it

Working great on my Orange UK Diamond (1.93.405.1 WWE).
Oddly isn't resizing correctly on my GF's Omnia - graphics all chunky, edges and tops of screen missing etc.

But the resolution is definitely off. I can only see part of the screen (part of the black area in the center actually), as if it zoomed on the middle. So the blocks on the periphery are not visible and the bottom row is almost completly cut off (I'm talking about the row of blocks before the horizontal line). The score on top is not visible during the game either.
The pixels are also kinda large. I think it tries to display for a VGA screen.
Oddly enough, I can still play the game and reach level 10.
And the link to the menu is superimposed to the bottom row of blocks.
on my touch hd the resolution is off a bit but the rest works fine, miri 2.5 rev 7.1

Same error on my Diamond with the latest Gen.Y ROM
does not work for me either. just flashes by, and then kills itself. no error or nothing.

Just to say it works on my polaris QVGA so im happy . Maybe it has to be a topaz/rhodium base for the app to work otherwise im out of ideas. or 6.5??

Too buggy...not enough features and definitlely not worth 14.99 considering there are 'free' solution here that are much more feature packed...sorry ...try again go back to the drawing board.

Not many touch flo solutions for us TyTN Hermes users though... I've been up and down this board today and yesterday tring to get something that works and is easy... TouchFLO alpha 4 and real cube isnt bad but it has to run with the flash lite program, and swiching between scrolling and launching with touch flow is rather annoying... very small icon to tap to switch, and its right next to my connection profile.
If someone can show me an easier way to get something similar to this on a Hermes I'd be glad to try. Because yes this version does suck...
My 8125 worked perfect with TNT's touch flow rom and cube... I miss that.

um seems you haven't tried the non-alpha release ..here lemme point you in the right direction:

I will try that procedure again with 1.3 hotfix... IIRC i already had that combination installed and it just didnt seem to work right...

Agree with ljinsane, after twenty mins of testing the app, I ran touch flo and it broke the app., exception error and even after a SR and touch flo not running it would not start again.
also found it very slow, much prefer PocketCm and Byka's Cube.
I rather use my rom...

It works great, you can edit your links on Touchcommander, and i linked it to FTouchFlo so when i use DownUp it starts Touchcommander, ist just like having the real thing.....

it really sux...it looks ugly...maybe its better with this nice animations, but right now its only 0815...
This Touch Commander app is lame.. but I'm sure it will get better with revisions. I personally like the open and close transitions from and to the today screen, something you can't achieve with Flash Cube imitations.

HELP!!!
I purchased the 3.0 and it has soooooo many bugs and things I didn't wan that just sucked the life out of my device like battery indicator and htc home screen ect.....then I downloaded the new 3.1 which said it fixed the bugs I had complained about but didnt and in fact made my device crash so I had to hard reset. How I was suggested by their customer support to download an ealier version so I downloaded 2.0. It is exactly what I wanted and I am so happy but now I cannot register it. My registration code doesn't work for the 2.0.
My question to all of you on here is if anyone is interested in switching registration codes???? I will give you this code for 3.0 which also works for 3.1 if you give me your code for 2.0. I have contacted their support asking them for one with no response. I need this ASAP!!! Thanks and just shoot me a message if your interested!!!

Hi there, wonder if any 1 can help me here.
I've just purchased guitar hero 3 with an activation code for my Diamond. I started the installer and chose the htc diamond from the list of devices and it installed no problem. I started it up on the diamond entered my activation code and it just when back to the home screen. It wont start when i click the GH3 icon it just flashes black and goes to the home screen. I've tried soft reset and that did nothing.
Any Ideas?
GH3 dont work with the diamond. The problem is also with the demo version of the game.
So why does the installer have it in its list?
I have no idea, maybe it works on old roms. But i never heard that anyone got it working.
There is another thread here with the same discussion. Search for it, maybe someone got a solution for the problem.

nope it's still not working, i enter my key to active product (i can get to that screen) but after i've entered the key it restarts and then just always quits to desktop, very lame as it would be an awesome game

It doesn't work on this or the Raphael, even the new v1.10 version. From what i read on another forum, there are compatibility issues with VGA devices.

the only way is to wait for an updated version
GH is not compatible with vga screens yet. They say the are working on a version that will be compatible.

There is a program to switch your resolution from vga to wvga... maybe it works when you change your resolution.

So I tried this but the only option was 640x480 to 480x480 and that mode didn't work, if there was a way to get 320x240 I bet it would work.

Trying Kinoma Freeplay now (warning - link goes straight to download page - the Freeplay page itself seems to not be accessible...).
It gives an initial warning saying "... has not yet been fully tested on this phone (HTC Touch Diamond P3700). Press OK to continue."
Then get a Windows error (offering to send a report to MS).

I just installed free play and it works fantastic! Almost sure that i'm gonna buy it if they get support for Diamond or Touch Pro (my next phone, hopefully).
Anyway. Kinoma has got a great finger touch interface. The only annoyances i found so far are that it's scans all folders on startup which can take a while. You cannot specify your custom folders. Also when viewing images it shows all in one list instead of per folder.
Hopefully it will word for diamond soon!

Have tried installing stuff on my HD and all works , vito contacts,skype,power sms etc all ok, only problem i had , and its only a small one, was with MEMORY MAP , it works ok,the maps look greart, but the bottom of the screen with the zoom icon etc is a bit corrupted, can still see and use them ok, but not quiet spot on.
TOMTOM 6 and 7 work, check which versions on other threads, and with gsen it works great in landscape too !
Google maps is really fast and again looks great on that big fat screen !!!!
overall im really impressed with the phone and coming from a TYTN II thats no mean feat .
If you are thinking of getting one....Do it !

memory map fix
memory map works fine, the dodgy icons along the bottom are not actually caused by any res probs...... its the standars htd black today theme, to fix i did this
i downloaded a random black tsk them file and put it in windows
click settings/ today, choose the new black theme...
you can test this by choosing any of the defaults such as guavva bubbles or windows mobile green, but if course u want black still so search google for black today theme / tsk file

Got annoying problem with my Touch HD when i open opera and go in landscape the phone screen flashes for about 3 seconds says unknown caller and exits opera so basically having problems in using opera in landscape.
Its the official Rom WWE 1.14.405.3 22273
radio version 1.09.25.14
I did update Rom from stock to Panosha black pearl 1.4 but found some progs i wanted were missing so restored the offcial rom back but was fine for a few months then this annoying problem.

i had the exact same problem with opera and any other programs i forced to run in landscape mode (with tools like "flip it" or "change screen"). as soon as i did a soft reset, everything was working again... but only for a few hours before problem came back.
if you're using custom topbar graphics: uninstall them. this worked for me and a friend. it seems that this problem occurs when there is too much color in those graphics. as strange as it might sound: give it a try. just go back to the original graphics and this problem is gone.
since the day i removed any custom graphics i had no more problems with screen rotation.
if you want back a battery status with 1% steps, you can use this one (using this for myself):

I've never heard of the 'unknown caller,' but the usual problem with opera in landscape is the top bar (though lol about 'too much color'). Some top bars (like color top bars, once again, lol) were originally made for the Diamond and have it's resolution, which does not play nicely with that of the HD. Therefore, you just have to find a top bar which was made or revamped to work on the HD. However, i've never heard of 'unknown caller' popping up.....maybe u just have a stalker =)

Now in the thread above, there are 3 top bars (when I wrote this post). First is Reales Task Bar which works with no issues (and i think it changes the WM start logo to an HTC logo....much nicer). The second one is one of tsowen's bars tsowentaskbar5v1.7. He makes alot of bars for the diamond (this one incldued) which means that alot of them will give you the opera bug (however I believe this one was converted and works without any isues on the HD). The last bar is Reales Task Bar TOP+chiamate perse NEW ICONA and this one will give you the problem with opera so stay away.
Now the good news is that you can always dl and install a top bar and if it gives you issues....just uninstall it (via Remove Programs) which will revert your top bar to the orginal phone one and then you can install a different one if you so wish.
