Problem booting 8125 - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario General

I've looked around a little but I can't seem to find anyone with this exact problem. The phone was working just fine until a day or two ago then it seemed very laggy and sluggish. This morning it just up and quit.
I've got a cingular 8125
IPL/SPL 2.25.0001
GMS 02.25.11
OS 2.25.11.1
SPB mobile shell is installed
It will load the Cingular screen, display the information above then change to the blue windows Mobile screen, for a short time (about 45 seconds) it will respond to button, screen taps, ect. After that time is up the back light will not come on but the screen never goes off. I am still able to see the windows screen if I have another light source. The Green and Bluetooth light both flash at the top of the phone as if it was standing by. I would like to be able to fix this issue without deleting or losing the information off the phone.
If there is any other information I can give to get this fixed just let me know.
Thank you all for any help. I appreciate it a lot.

please help. 8125 does not finish booting.

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read this message and hopefully offering me some assistance.
Last night I loaded the new version of Egress and was playing around with the 8125 with WiFi on.
For some reason the phone started slowing down to a crawl so I did a soft reset. That's when the trouble began.
Now the phone does not boot up all the way. I get the stock Cingular screen and the Windows Mobile screen. Next it goes to the Today screen. I get the time, signal strength and start button. That's it. The rest of the screen is blue (with the exception of the Contacts and Calander buttons).
Nothing works with the phone. No buttons on the screen, or phone. If I dial my number the phone rings and I get the Caller ID information but cannot answer it.
I am using the Cingular 2.25 ROM and I am not overclocking in any way.
I've done numerous soft resets with and without the storage card in.
Any ideas what I can try next?
Anyone else seen this?
Thanks
David

G3 8125 Problems.

I bought an 8125 off of ebay, and its puzzling me right now. First off, it does not automatically boot into the os, it sits on the screen with IPL/SPL/etc until it appears as if the entire screen is pulsating, for god knows how long. If you play with the buttons the phone will eventually boot.
But thats not all. Bluetooth absolutely refuses to start, no matter what I do, I've flashed all the way up to wm6 with 2.26 and still nothing. Also the gsm radio refuses to actually find a provider.
Any thoughts?
*Bumpity-bump-bump* Anyone? Help?

this is on the cingular "splash screen"
then the phone wont load it just stays dead. it was working fine this morning, any idea of what can be going on?
i also have a wizA200.... you know like the tmobile wing but for ATT..
and it does the same thing cept the screen has 3 colors on it, like when the old tvs didint have a channel to go to and all these colors appeared...
any help is much appreciated, i have experience in modding repairing and flashing motorola phones n others but htc is fairly new to me...
Were you trying to upgrade at the time ??
Is your battery fully charged ?? Have you tried to recover the phone by removing the battery for a few minutes - then putting it back in and trying to turn the power on ??
If the battery is allowed to run down to zero - it is like a critical failure, and it does not even have enough of a charge to start the phone - or accept a charge.
As for the other phone - the three color screen is the bootloader screen, I do not know much about the phone itself, but if similar to the 8125 - try the same as above, remove the battery, let it sit for a few minutes and then put the battery back and try and turn it on.
Good luck

Dead jamin

Hello all,
I have recently killed my Jamin. Im not sure whether it is permanent or not. Personally it looks like a rom failure with the video bois, but I am far from experienced with windows mobile#.
I have searched the forum and can not find anything similar.
(Story)
To cut a long story short, I picked up my Jamin while it was connected to my pc. Catching a gimps of WM5 and the battery fell out (while still connected to my vista pc). So it turns off and I put the battery back in and turned it back on.
(What does work)
This is kind of hard to explain, but from what gather, everything seems to be running fine except the screen. Basically it still syncs up (can access files) and the Bluetooth led turns on after a minutes or how ever long it takes
(Problem)
The problem is that the screen is doing something weird (This is the hard part to explain). I do not get anything out of it even the "htc" pic at the start.
It has these blue horizontal lines about a pixel wide running down the screen. They change like the screen is trying to display different things but it is as if it does not know how to use the screen.
Im thinking re-install the rom? But I do not want to make things harder for myself if I am wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Tryed Flashing.
Well If anyone is interested, I tried Re flashing and I still get the same problem. My next PDA will not be an Imate, too many problems.

HTC Hermes TyTN 8525 Turns off automatically

Hello,
I have a small problem with my 8525, it turns off automatically, when it does the display fades slowly in lines but you can still see the last image that was on the screen.
When i press (hold) power button to start the phone again it dies not respond.
I need to remove the battery and put it back in order for it to Start again but sometime it just turns off again while the phone is starting.
Yesterday i tried to change the Rom and it stopped until i tried to access the internet on the phone. After that it started to turns off again and again. When i try to make a call or when i receive a call it turns of. It also turns off when it is charging.
I believe that it might be the Radio which is doing this or the battery but i am no expert of this thing and it is mere speculations.
I wanted to know what other knowledgeable users think about this and tell me what you believe r know it may be.
PS: Radio Version 1.16.00.00
Rom Version: Calamity HD
Previous Rom: I forgot what it was :S
Any help will be really handy,
Thank You!
