well, as for my problem, the search function didn't help me yet:
when I enter calendar through tf3d and click day view, the corresponding weather takes a bit longer to load or the weather symbol loads up twice. and when I scroll to next day, it is a bit laggy, like it stops midway the flow animation and then continues. I hope I can make myself clear. The animation is not fluid.
I got a TD2, German O2 edition, however with a cooked rom XtremeV6, I experienced the same with another cooked rom. (I wasnt sure whether to post here or Rom section, and I wanted to avoid double post).
Anyone who experienced something similar and can come up with a solution?
Any suggestions / hints / ideas...?

Got annoying problem with my Touch HD when i open opera and go in landscape the phone screen flashes for about 3 seconds says unknown caller and exits opera so basically having problems in using opera in landscape.
Its the official Rom WWE 1.14.405.3 22273
radio version 1.09.25.14
I did update Rom from stock to Panosha black pearl 1.4 but found some progs i wanted were missing so restored the offcial rom back but was fine for a few months then this annoying problem.

i had the exact same problem with opera and any other programs i forced to run in landscape mode (with tools like "flip it" or "change screen"). as soon as i did a soft reset, everything was working again... but only for a few hours before problem came back.
if you're using custom topbar graphics: uninstall them. this worked for me and a friend. it seems that this problem occurs when there is too much color in those graphics. as strange as it might sound: give it a try. just go back to the original graphics and this problem is gone.
since the day i removed any custom graphics i had no more problems with screen rotation.

I've never heard of the 'unknown caller,' but the usual problem with opera in landscape is the top bar (though lol about 'too much color'). Some top bars (like color top bars, once again, lol) were originally made for the Diamond and have it's resolution, which does not play nicely with that of the HD. Therefore, you just have to find a top bar which was made or revamped to work on the HD. However, i've never heard of 'unknown caller' popping up.....maybe u just have a stalker =)

well, good to know it's not a "color" issue then - something i read in this forum in another thread.
i didn't bother searching any deeper in this stuff, i'm just happy the problem is gone.

Now in the thread above, there are 3 top bars (when I wrote this post). First is Reales Task Bar which works with no issues (and i think it changes the WM start logo to an HTC logo....much nicer). The second one is one of tsowen's bars tsowentaskbar5v1.7. He makes alot of bars for the diamond (this one incldued) which means that alot of them will give you the opera bug (however I believe this one was converted and works without any isues on the HD). The last bar is Reales Task Bar TOP+chiamate perse NEW ICONA and this one will give you the problem with opera so stay away.
Now the good news is that you can always dl and install a top bar and if it gives you issues....just uninstall it (via Remove Programs) which will revert your top bar to the orginal phone one and then you can install a different one if you so wish.

I've recently upgraded from a Hermes to a FUZE and am playing with the TouchFlo plugin. I am not very familiar with it, but it seems like it has potential. Is there a page/ thread of 'basics'? (some customization details, installing new themes, etc.) I don't want to start creating my own - just yet (but that would be an obvious next step). My biggest request is for there to display more calendar entries at a time.

the calander problem you have can be fixed by downloading the calender tab which will implement it into yout touch flo 3d...SEARCH for the cab..

I have and HD2 with windows mobile with dutty v23 rom and CHT 2.0.0 and when I use CHT the flip clock animation is very buggy as sometimes there is no scrolling but I got this situation :
as you can see the animation got buggy with the clock flipping "halfway".
in the picture only the "hour" got buggy and not the minutes because I haven't been able to capture it on time. Anyway this happens many times and I would like to solve this to have working animation, any suggest ?

Hola, I remember very well this picture Haven´t you also posted this SAME issue with your flip clock back in november in CHT Thread and you have been advised that this is NON CHT related but is directly linked to other customizations installed on your device. Please stop flaming or blaming CHT for this
well actually I reposted this becuase I haven't solved the problem and I actually had kind of a conversion with who substain that this wasn't related to cht, anyway I had tried to use my phone just after flesh with nothing installed expet for cookie and the problem was still there, I have also pass my cht configuration file to the hd2 of a friends ( that was just been fleshed so nothing installed on it ) and I got the same result.
Honeslty I don't know if this is related to my configuration in cookie editor or if it's a bug inside cookie home tab, anyway it's related with one of those. Also don't misunderstand me, cht is one of the greater program for windows mobile, I don't want to flame it, I'm just tring to figure it out how to solve this bug...
i use cht in all the dutty rom, from v15 to v25 without problems
i have changed the taskbar with a my personalized taskbar
i change the clock and other setting and all work correctly

I will do the same test. When i have the same issues i will solve this issue. When i have no issues then i can't help you but i have done my work. You ask for help, when we say please check this or this, you start to blame CHT, but when we ask you to help us, so as here in this moment, you do nothing only talking. the fact that a lot of people do not have this problem I think is related to 2 facts : first the vast major of people that use cht, hard customize their home page while I use it to restore original htc look, indeed I believe that this bug comes out when I modified the quicklinks page number on 3x3 as when I tried my customization files on the hd2 of my frieds the bug cames out and he said me that this doesn't happen when 4x4 pages was on.
The second fact is the option that enable "original flip clock animation" inside cookie editor.
And BTW:
the screenshot isn't from the original dutty rom. It is modded with a taskbar cab .

like I said you just talk aganst me without know nothing, I have already pointed out that I do not use that taskbar anymore and that I have tried to use cookie home tab after a flesh and with NO PROGRAM INSTALLED EXPEPT FOR COOKIE HOME TAB AND COOKIE EDITOR and the bug was there, so what I have installed or not is not relevant !!

...I`ve been haveing a little problem. Im using KWBR 3.5 rom (wm6.1/manila2.1) and it is a great experience, but noticed small bug, at least on my Touch HD.
The rom comes with opera 9.7 installed, but the problem is that on the internet manila tab, when under the bookmark (red circle, 1), there is nothing.
Also when i press edit (blue circle, 2) i get the flowing (green circle).
I do have bookmarks in opera browser.
This behavior is the same in opera 9.7(default), and opera 10 installed by me.
...Can I fix this..?...any Ideas?

Working fine for me, you must've done something to cause that.

To fix your problem, use file explorer, go into windows\opera9. There should be a file
called opera6 there, if not go into windows\opera9\profile and copy the opera6 file from
there to windows\opera9. Sorted.

Also, if you have Opera installed on your desktop, you can export your bookmarks and it
exports as an opera6.adr file and you can transfer that to your phone as well.

...thanks for taking interest. The lower part of massage is from KWBR rom discussion, but it didnt do the trick (or i didnt do it right). Also kwbr rom discussion is seriously long (976 pages), so i thought to ask this question separately with KWBR in title of the message, for people doing the search.
This is a rom related question and it belongs here, as it points out to the bug.
I know that KWBR stopped development of this rom for Touch HD, but still there are many many users of this rom.
Now lets try to work this out, if anybody is interested and knows manilla little more...

I have some peculiar problem with scrolling on contact list using Manila interface (not tested with out manila yet).
If I open contacts and keep scrolling it work just fine.
Now lets say I opened the Phone where the Call History is on top and I start scrolling many time I see the scrolling does not work and entire touch functionality get stuck and no touch works. Hardware buttons does work that time and I need to restart device. Similar issue occur when I search for contacts and start scrolling.
I see this issue on 29020 and 29022 builds (not sure about previous builds like 23152 etc). Most of my EXT are from Leo but Manila Core and Home are from Oboe. I also tried to get the HTC Framework, HTC Scroll and HTC Util from OBOE but did not help.
Where or what could be the culprit here?
I am not sure if that a hardware issue on my device or what
I have tested various other ROMs on Topaz and all has similar issue.... not sure if it is S/W (ROM) issue or hardware.

I would start saying your ROM (Photon) is amazing! I'm using it from some few days and it works very well. Anyway, I experienced the same problem too.
I installed a cab from here:

...just to enable the bounce effect that's missing in your build.
It worked, but for WinMo menus only, while Manila was still missing the "bounce" effect.
All I could say is that I used to have this ROM:

...and everything just worked fine.
I had no scrolling problems with that ROM. (Of course, I had to install the MoDaCo cab to enable the bounce effect, but it worked for both WinMo and Manila).
So it makes me thinking it could be something related to the build of your ROM.
Then you could try changing WinMo build.
Hope this info helped you a bit.
BTW: The Scrolling Issue is solved now after I get the touch screen replaced from HTC service center here which costs me 3400 INR (2100 Touch Screen + metal look frame + 1300 service charge as the mobile was not an Indian edition).

i have a similar problem,but in menu scrolling,when i scroll it works in frames but if i align the screen i'll get smooth scrolling speed,what seems to be the problem?
