Hi. I have some shuffle noise with my X1. It's a small "shhh".
I have this issue with the internal speaker but also with my headphones (Shure) during calls or playing mp3. As soon as I stop the mp3, the shuffle stops three seconds after, same for calls...
This is not a big noise, but it is still 3x higher than my sony mp3 player ... This is particularly annoying with phone calls , because the mp3 volume sound covers the shuffle.
Have you the same issue?

Same... I have this issue my X1 when i have any sound... Bip , or call , or mp3 , or film.... When the sound stopped , the shuffle stopped too 2 seconds after...
Me too... thought it just was the quality of the phone. Is there any one else who has the same problem? Is it "by design" or a faulty phone?

I called the special phone number for XPERIA : waiting for a technician call on next monday.
I know there was a crackling sound problem for the international version of SGS4, but not sure if its the same problem since mine also occurs when mute.
When I use my head phone, I can hear a crackling popping sound when I dont play any music or if there is no sound playing. When I listen to music or phone calls, the audio is fine and there is no problem, however, when there is no sound playing, I can hear this crackling,popping, static sound even when sound is muted.
Biggest problem is that I purchased it off someone so I cant get a replacement. Any suggestions or idea?
Edit: Seems to occur with almost any roms. (Tried a few 4.3 and 4.2.2 roms and still hear it)

Your music could be a problem check the bitrate usually a good 128-360 bitrate is good for mp3
save with video the audio bitrate could be low
if none of the above are a problem contact yureka they will send someone over to get your phone fixed
Hey everyone,
since today my phone will not play any audio through its speakers.
At first, it was only media audio, i.e. Youtube videos or music, that would have no sound.
The alarm sound and my ringtone would still play as usual.
Unfortunately, after checking again this evening they don't work anymore either.
The only time the speakers seem to be working is when I put someone on speakerphone.
If I just leave a call as is, I can't hear anything.
Although somehow the caller - instead - hears themselves with a slight delay.
Everythings works fine with headphones though.
I've tried resetting my phone, which hasn't helped at all, so I'm kind of lost.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Ive got exactly the same problem. The speakers dont work unless i put the phone on speakerphone in a call. And even then the sound is buggy.
Did you install in the meantime any magisk module?
any solution ?

the problem is I dont hear any media volume when I am in call. For eg. If my friend calls me when I am playing any game ..after I receive the call I can hear everything from the call but I dont hear any media volume from the game ..I also tried playing smthn on youtube but the same problem occurs. the video plays but there's no sound ..
But If I'm the one making the calls then I can hear both the phone audio and call audio...
But the fact I get calls during gaming and dont hear game sound makes me mad...please help me fix this problem

I wonder if this is related to... Settings > Utilities > Gaming mode > Answer calls via speaker... being turned on. This feature offers, "Route incoming calls to speaker when Gaming mode is turned on"
No It doesnt work even when I disable the option
I'm having Bluetooth audio problems with the OnePlus 6T, I cannot even begin to understand why would they remove the headphone jack if the Bluetooth music doesn't even work. I'll revert back to 9.0.6 to see if that fixes the issue but if it doesn't I'm legitimately returning the phone.
I can't seem to replicate the issue, did a test with YouTube playing a clip, received a call the clip muted and as soon as I finished the call YouTube resumed.
Am I doing something different?
II have a similar problem with an app that puts the phone in silent mode when in use. The media volume does not come back on. I noticed if I then checked in the sound settings that "do not disturb" was toggled on. I have to turn that off and sometimes rebot. The app has an setting to put phone in silent mode when in use. If I disable that I avoid the problem.
So I got the Bluetooth audio working but SBC doesn't work what so ever. I'm using Sony WH-1000XM3 and the only way I can get it to play is through LDAC but at 340kbp instead of the 900+. Phone calls work perfectly and all the gestures work but for some reason audio isn't working on anything but LDAC. My OnePlus 3t plays music in every single type of codec. So it has to be the OnePlus 6t itself.
