1.you want someone to "look" at the problem.You have a birds eye view of what it is, others have a distant pic to go on.
2.you ask how it happened.my guess is result of playing "pocket pool", but for others how the hell is anyone to know.
3.take it to samsung and ask them.see if its a crack and hope they fix it for free.
4.if it helps, tell them I dont have that "feature" on my screen lol.
5.I wish you luck and hope you find this reply more of a help/funnier.
