hi i have an hp hw6915 i've lost the device password, for now :
- i can't connect to activsync
- i can't do an upgrade
- i have a code 120 when i want upgrate
-i can't do an hard reset and a boot loader reset ?
for doiing a bootloader position where's the action button where i must put ?

I have upgrade my qtek rom to o2 exec rom with ma_ui, the process end without problem .
After cold reset the screen freeze on splah screen O2.
Try hard reset with key left , right + reset confirm restore factory default ?
try YES Clearing
Reboot but screen freeze anyway
WhY??? :evil:
the device is lock on the O2 splash screen!!!!
help for reflashing device !!!

what kinds device you had ? do you used noid.exe to flush ?
connect your ppc to pc and flush again
i have qtek 9000 as htc universal , the ppc is connected to pc. new hardware found but windows dont recognize the hardware!. also noid.exe don't find the hardware for flashing..

Try to soft reset , just push reset buttom
plz let me solution of Imate Jamin PM300, i had done resetting and formating .
When i m power on button the phone display startup screen and immediately in bootloder mode or test mode.

try a hard reset if it dosent works make a rom update from boot mode

i forgot my password after upgrade my wm5 to wm6. i tried to to use spl to flash my phone but my pc cant open my device because my device is locked so the activsync cant do anything.

Firstly, I can't see how resetting the device will help you with your problem.
Secondly, how far into a reset do you want to go? Do you want to reinstall the OS or something slightly less drastic?

Did you set a password after flashing WM6? I've heard that if you do so, your device forgets your password after a soft-reset, and nothing will help your problem besides a hard reset.
pls help me sir to unlock my mwg atom v password coz my brother put a password on my phone nd he cant remember the code pls help me sir.i already try this method .You can remove password by doing a hard reset.
To do hard reset. Press Power and hold at the same time poke into soft reset hole by stylus.
but it still same i want to unlock my mwg password is there other way to unlock or reset my mwg atom v password
i also had a similar type of problem. but it got removed by hard resetting. are you sure you are doing it properly. if you have done hard reset properly then after restart you'll be asked to "adjust screen positioning/tapping", "tap & hold to cut/paste" etc.
