screen rotate has problem when using the Camera + Left button key. It doesn't rotate back to portrait mode. Yes I had the latest build.

Just a question, not that it matters much. The default clock on the home screen is a certain size (small), but if you add a new one via widgets menu, it's a huge clock. Is it suppose to be like that, or is this just a minot detail to be worked out later?

I'm always up for testing new versions, though it might be less stressful to hold off and release a fixed version (as much as I hate waiting).
If you do decide to release a version that doesn't have everything working, you might want to note that in the file name.
Example: mssmison_rogers_system_(MARKET_NOT_WORKING).img
That way there is no excuse for ridiculous whining and complaining.
I'm quite happy you came back mssmison. I'm also glad that you noted you were taking off some tonight so I didn't sit up all night anxiously awaiting the new great release.
Would it be a simple deal of switching the system files to download an app from market and then switch back, or is it more than just the system file and would you have to delete widgets to go back and forth? If I just had to change out system files to get a market app no problem, or find the .apk to download and install it.
Does that mean flash and the differen't profiles to choose for your screens and perspectives? Maybe a list of what it does have working would be easier, or just figure it out ourselves when it's released. I'm quite excited

First I'd like to thank you for all your hard work and dedication. I haved used many build's before yours and all are good to their own part. I am having trouble with Android the last couple of days, I cannot receive calls but am able to call out. Any Idea what may be the problem. I was using vilords build and had this same problem, tried yours to see if it could be fixed. Thank you again and good luck with your future builds, I will be looking forward to testing them.
hey just wanted to give a heads up not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but the calendar will not load for me everytime i try to load it the app crashes.

Unfortunatly no, the rogers builds only work with data.img that are created by them. The builds are quite different.

Try a fresh data file. If it still does it report back with the logcat data.

Umm, im using your new build and just for fun, i tried marketplace...it seems to work for me, I downloaded shopsavvy and successfully installed it.
I however, used my old data file.

He's saying that Market doesn't work on the Rogers build (which he hasn't released yet).

Hi guys I'll leave the details to the creator of this fine ROM and let him give you the low down on it....I'll say this much...it's fast, stable and Everything works straight out the box.
A few weeks have been spent behind the scenes developing this ROM and he didn't even have a device to work with, just a few of to help test it out till the early hours of the mornings and constant feedback.
PK and ltxda, Nik and myself have been trying to get rtltoday/Touch-like interface and launcher to integrate tightly into the ROM, but their software is a little buggy and not ready for the community, so it was decided that for now we would pass up on it for the sake of stability.
Hope you like the ROM...I love it. Great work from PK and I bekieve we are going to see a lot more from this guy.

For those of us who have been debating whether to unlock our device and upgrade to this ROM (presumably giving up on our warranty support from htc), would you mind if I ask what are the improvements that can be expected from this over the Dopod WM6 of July 27?
Someone has mentioned faster speed. What is the sktools benchmark with the new ROM?
What are the other improvements or changes? Comm manager skin color that gets updated by the selected theme? Any change to the likelihood of microdrive/sd card corruption/disappearance?

guys some last minute tweeks here. mostly the tsk i want to use. comes gray bars no black so im working on that. itll be up 100% by days end. i need this thing to be as close to perfect as possible after seeing some of the issues midget has. also looking for someone who has my rom already on device(mack, ltxda, boinger) so i can get a load of screenies for u guys. attached are some stuff ill be adding to the release post. this post will be edited soon with links, pics, etc.. again itll all be up by days end.
So, this is yet another ROM... getting more and more interesting.

If you had previous live wallpapers installed, does installing this on top still work OK? I just did this exact scenario and I can't get the new LW patch you guys just made to run smoothly at all.

It should work on any rom. It removes old versions, if active. Are you using sense or Nexus Home?
Nexus home. I dunno, none of the wallpapers are running well for me. I'll have to mess with it more later I guess.
This patch with jamezelle sprint rom makes LWP's work good in sense! The sprint rom already had all of these features (openGL wallpapers ran faster though) but when returning from sleep they would disappear. This patch has seemed to fix that issue in sence, but did slow them down, choppyness.

Our phones are not made for this, so its gunna slow stuff down. We need kernel source for Over clocking. I figuring 700mhz would be awful nice

Is this sipposed to fix the 3d gallery? I loaded the zip and noticed first off the it removes the htc lockscreen, might be worth mentioning... I have tried the 3d gallery on both sense and the nexus launcher. It DOES rotate without problem and it does work sort of. when it displays my list of pictures I only see them briefly and then they get transparent and blend in to the background until nothing is visable. If I click on a spot it will load a picture or an album but I can't see what I'm clicking on. Im using Ivans latest rom btw.

It doesn't support Gallery3D fully, and I no longer have a phone to do dev work on. The lockscreen issue is a mistake in my update script, will be fixed shortly.

Hey guys, this is my first android app. It's called magic poker flip, which is a poker magic property app. You can use it to flip out others selected card by touching the screen. Show it on a party will be cool. You may watch my video here.
Now the android version is on android market as a free app. It's now v2.0, and tested well on 2.1 & 2.2. Not sure about 1.6 & 2.0, but seems can't work on 1.5. The secret of the trick is hidden inside the app, maybe you can guess by yourself how the trick works or try to find the solution somewhere in the app.

It's two month after my app was published, and tomorrow will be my 21st birthday, so I think it's time to reveal the secret to all you guys, no matter you've solved it or still stuck in it or planning to download it.
The solution of the trick is hidden in 'tutorial', you can enter and reverse your phone to check it if you can't figure it out.

yes, you can play it with your friend after you get the right solution to the app, like i did in the video.

Why is it he uses the computer to pick a card? I don't really get it.
I've tried pointing so the camera can see the card and I've tried saying what the card is, the app just gives a random card :?

When he finishes his exams, he is going to work on a WM version, but has quite a bit of coding to do. Wish him luck on his exams and I'm sure we'll see Magic Poker and others like it this summer. atm android is running through HARET, BUT in v0.8 (wich will be my Beta release) it will be a ROM that you can flash to your HD2.
I am no copycat, I am just trying to push this development even further.

Sorry, while I respect what you are trying to do, we are not close to a proper stable release where things are working even remotely properly. Basics like making calls etc are still not possible and have no ETA on when that will be fixed. So why are you asking people to flash their phones, boot up a mini-winmo rom and then boot android and they won't be able to use even the basic features? They'll need to re-flash again to a normal Windows Rom just to get those features back. Why not please wait for awhile. When they get stuff like PM. GSM, Audio etc working properly first before causing more headaches for people.

I also agree with TonyCubed. As long as you cannot call anyone, there's not much use to flash your device with it?
It can just be a nice test to see how the build performs when booting from internal memory instead of SD card...
Due to time constraints I'm not able to update this build in what some would consider a timely fashion. DOMINEUS has been working hard to update MIUI on the HD2 and keep it going. His thread can be found HERE

This is a very iPhonish looking ROM . I might test it once its not a Super Beta release
Cyanogen liked it. He had some back and fourth with the developers of the original MIUI rom. He mentioned possibly collaborating with them in the future.
I'd love to see this UI with some cyanogen love. I wonder what apks we can use/port in the meantime...

edit again
removed all files from folder and placed on root now loading and testing
3g is not working in this release either, and there is a hard freeze at first...
so far so good
3g is working after a few resets my android settings work too..
the startup txt is wrong! it says hyperdroidmiui but the folder is hyperdroidmui just a small edit fixes it!
Yea I finally saw it I will edit it later. Its quite fast and stable. Volume is low though...

you know what I think about this android rom......AWESOMENESS!!!!! I cant wait till its in fully engrish
Also, has anybody else change the DPI or lcd density thing, it makes somethings display weird when you have the usb plugged in and on the lock screen when you slide up you can see the green light like half way displayed
I like it its pretty fast and stable just finish installing it and gonna keep testing overall its really nice, great job guys

Not to be pedantic, adb does work, you can shell in just fine, just logcat has issues, not sure what the issue is there atm ...

don't change the dpi by the way... it FC's the launcher... not sure why as there is no logcat atm.
