I used this to notify me of e-mails and texts on my HTC Kaiser. I would love to have an app like this for my HTC Rhodium. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
bump. thanks guys!
well we only have 1 led, the amber green mix one. so no bluetooth blue led. and i think amber is reserved for battery only. you can control the green led to flash or not with the regular sounds and notifications settings if you have available options unlocked in the registry.
any backlight notification app that works with stock rom and stock kernel? tried bln and blinky from the market, no luck.

No.. because there are no backlights. They are part of the screen.

sorry, i meant LED notification that stays until i unlock my device.
Light flow allows you to set various options for various notifications, one of which is the LED will remain active until the notification is dismissed and you can set the custom flash timings therefor making the LED remain lit.
Okay, I know everyone is probably annoyed at how infrequently the LED blinks. I think its once every 10 seconds.
Also, no light while charging.
Anybody know of an app to fix this?

Just figured out how to use light flow. Thanks
Sorry to bring up this old thread, but I'm looking for a simpler solution - Light Flow is too much for what I need. I want to keep the default behavior of the notification light but I just want it to blink faster. Is there a system config file where I make the duration faster? Thanks.
I use Lightflow and it works just perfectly.

Thanks, but what I'm really looking for is a system config file or framework file to change.

Honestly I think the best app is: Light Flow or Light Flow Lite (free)
I have been using it since I got the phone and it has never failed on me. It offers LED support (Color, blink duration, etc), custom vibration, repeat vibration, custom sound per app and much more! Try it out! In general the free version should give you all you need
Enjoy
