Flash lite 3.1 doesn't work with our TP2 Opera browsers. It works with IE browsers tho.

works flawlessly on my HD, just installed it without removing stock rom opera.
- slightly faster
- correct rendering (regarding the length of the text - always had to scroll)

Did you overwrite the two .exe files or install the complete .cab?

just installed the complete cab.
How is the url/link selection with this version, the one reason why I haven't stopped using the 'original' ROM version of 9.5 is that I haven't found an update that does this better yet !!!
Could you provide more detail on what exactly is this? For which resolutions, what are the upgrades over stock, are there any problems, what's the integration with things like clicking on links in e-mails, RSS hubs etc?
...what about flash?
Seems to work just fine here, but where is the zoom slider???

here :
To enable zoom:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Opera\Defaults]
"ZoomSliderEnabled"=dword:00000001
"ZoomSliderTimeout"=dword:000007d0
how to enable Flash player Lite 3.1? I can't manage to check "enable plug-ins" what about you?

I have the right registryvalues already, but the slider still doesn't appear. Perhaps I should learn to live without it.
For me this version doesn't work with Flash Lite. Youtube is claiming that I have to install the latest Flash version, whereas it works just fine with build 2392.
Yeah I have the same problem - what Flash Lite version are you using to get it to work?
edit to add: can't change Enable Plug-Ins, it always changes back...
How can be the splash screen diabled?
Is there also a cab from the original Opera that was delivered in the rom?
Because the browser crashes all the time on my HD..

the same problem here...
where can I find a stable WVGA Opera version working with Flash Lite 3.1?
great, thank you
I can't install this new version, it says installation was unsuccessful, only a second after I start the installation.
I'm trying to install over the 15202 build...
Any thoughts ??
Anybody here who could (permanently/successfully) activate PlugIns and get FlashLite work in Opera?
Hi!
I've downloaded the last version of Opera from his webpage, and I have intalled. When I try to run it, appears a loading bar and it doesnt do anything more. What can I do? I've tried to download two other different versions from de xda opera thread but they did the same

Strange.
I've downloaded and installed the 9.7beta on my touch dual and works good !
What rom do you have on your one?
clean6. with insomnia I had no problem, because is embedd
Does this Rom have some experimental graphic chip drivers for 3d acceleration? If yes this certainly is the problem opera tries to use it for rendering, but due to issues with the drivers (from htcclassaction) it just crashes.
try using the latest opera 10 beta
yes, i'm using the opera 10 beta and it works perfect
I'm using 10 beta but it won't let me use the htc keyboard or keypad only the crappy keyboard or scribe. Is there a setting somewhere?
(Using stock HTC win 6.1 rom)

Will this only play inside a container, such as a browser? Is there not a stand-alone version/interface?
I'm getting a lot out of this forum, so I thought I'd try to put a little back by posting a minor point I worked out for myself:
A couple of apps I've tried needed Adobe Flash Lite. When I allowed my HD2 to search by wifi, it responded with "Device not supported".
I went to the Adobe site and downloaded the lastest version for Windows 6 Pro and took a chance. It works fine.... So far anyway......
Link here:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/distributableplayer/distributableplayer_flashlite_wm6_en.zip
Thank you for sharing this.
Did you try it with any of the 2 browsers?
Thanks for this. What applications does it allow you to use? Will it allow me to view videos on the bbc news site etc or youtube?
Does this really work? The link is broken ATM.

Not the latest flash, but it's about the only option you have with the stock 9.7 Opera.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544770
This whole Flash thing is very g*dd*m annoying to me. I tried Opera 10 with flash support and the fixOperaFlash method and it was BUGGY and Opera never worked as well as the stock version that came with the ROM...WHY?
Come on, how freakin' hard is it for Opera to build a version with full flash support for the HD2 WinMo platform? I mean, seriously...
