My Qtek S100 works fine with TTN 3 but i can't connect with TTN 5.
The voice sound of TTN 5 is no clear, too.
Can anybody help?
I haven't used TTN at all.. but as far as I know.. TTV 5 works with the latest ROM 1.12
I hope someone else could give you more info

I'm running TTM 5 fine on my MDA compact. Didn't have any problems.
Rom version is 1.11

It would help if you told people which GPS device you have and what COM port it uses.

I believe that uses COM5. If you look at this thread:

it has a download link for a TT5 patch to enable the PDA to see COM 5 so it should then work.

I have Qtek S100 bought to optimus, now with Rom 1.12 in portuguese and it worked well with TTN 3 and now works well with the buggy version, I think it's a Beta version of TTN5. My GPS is also an Emtac so I don't know why yours doesen't work

I'm trying to install the TomTom 5.0 and after the 5.21 update on Jamin but I can't do it!
I'm using the some installation and method of my old Jam but in the Jamin I can't run the Tom Tom...

yes, I can confirm that TT 5.21 worked on my Prophet out of the box
Yes, it works. I installed the same version (5.21) as i did with the S100, on my JAMIN. Works perfectly.
Have you a legal version of navigator?

Someone knows what is the best tom tom version for my mda vario? As it's an old mobile...I don't know if last tom tom works well on it...which version can you suggest to me?

I Have WM6(TNT5.0 rom) on my Mda Vario.
I have Tomtom 6.020 installed and works fine to me.
If you find where to get tomtom, you probibly also find installation instructions.
You dont have to do some kind of trick for tomtom 6 versions. its direct installable for WM5 and WM6.

First Post, first question. I bought an XDA Orbit 2 and flashed it with Bepe 0.67 - now, after reinstalling Tom Tom 6 the internal GPS Receiver is not displayed/provided in the Tom Tom Config Menue anymore.
Is there any chance to reinstall it? GPS setting in WM6.1 is set to 4800 and COM4. Thank you very much!

Internal GPS setting never worked in Tom Tom 6 on my Polaris. I use Other NMEA, COM4, 38400 and Tom Tom 6 works fine with these settings. Hope it helped.

Can you get GPS working in other apps? If not then you propably have incompatible radio and system ROMs. It happen to me after flashing new ROMs (build 195XX or 199XX) and keeping original radio ROM - everything worked except GPS. I flashed 1.64.08.21 radio and it started to work again.

Thanks a lot man! I already did try flashing the Radio ROM also, but not that particular one. I will give it a try for sure and keep you posted about the result
edit: just installed TT7 - works fine now for me
Hi all,
from few days ago my TOM TOM on my trinity is stopped to work.
I'm using ROM: 3.51 Claros and 1.46.00.11 as Radio.
It is very strange because suddenly it stops to work. Using other GPS software, like win fast navigator or GPSTest, it can find some satellites for a bit but without fixing them.
What should be the problem?
There is my friend having the same configuration (radio and rom) ant it works properly.
I would like to install the original rom (WM5) or install the latest radio (1.56...), what is your suggestion?
