New Phone - Need Advice

I just purchased the O2 XDA - Ignito and im looking for some help and advice on programs etc that I need to get themes and other cool stuff running on it.

Hi welcome to the forum, you are in the right place for themes and cool stuff, have a look around and see if there is something you like, unless there is something specific you are looking for I or others may be able to help.

to start there is a nifty thread called "must have apps". take a look there. lotsa goodies to get you started.

I want to install themes to start so whats the best prog to use and whats a real sleek theme to use that will impress jealous workmates lol. I also would like the Tom Tom if anyone could point me in the direction (excuse the pun) needed to get the files.

read the stickies! manila customizer and nisse's collection of themes. its all there, can't miss it.

Vista Theme on VGA

HI i know iv posted this in the Diamond section but im looking for the theme for a HTC Diamond so its VGA
Iv seen loads of themes for QVGA but not for a VGA version a fone
I dont mean the TF3D theme although thats looks good, im after a full Vista heme for windows
IF anyone can help me ill donate some money to the author

It's not my cup of tea but I seem to remember someone posted a vista theme for Wisbar Advance 2.

anyone else got any other ideas ?

You could try installing Windows Vista itself*
*not guaranteed to work

Theme Help

hey guys this is my fist thread coz i havent really found out for me to write and find out till now.
i under stand getting themes on to your phone from other ppls .cabs .themes.
my question is how would i go about making a .theme file that is loaded by diamond tf3d congfig.
if some one could point me in the right direction for someone starting out then it would really help.

erm thanks, i have the touch diamond, does anyone no how to make a .theme file. is there any programs like theme creator for sony ericssons that will do it?

Installing New Themes

Hello everyone,
I really love all the work that people have put on here it really exceeds some of the stock themes you get originally on the Diamonds and I would really love the ability to install some of these wonderful themes.
I have recently acquired an O2 XDA Ignito for those of you who don't know it is the HTC Touch Diamond from O2. I have tried installing themes on there, but it appears it is not fully customizing the look as it appears in the screenshots.
I was wandering if this is because that it is a branded device and rom so there maybe some limitation in that respect.
Can anyone be kind enough to verify this and possibly if there is any solution..
