Hey Guys,
I came across this amazing Vista theme the other day but unfortunately it is only for the HTC Touchflo interface. I would love to have this on my Omnia which is running SPB Mobile Shell 3. If any of you guys are interested in trying to port it over, you can see screen shots of the theme and download it at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=499165
I would also love to see a Windows Mobile 7 SPB Mobile Shell 3 theme. Something like this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=392985%20
Maybe you have ever see it and It's maybe not what you want but look is nice too.

Hello Everyone, I created this thread because I would like to have options to change the SPB Mobile shell for X1 themes. My question is if currently available themes can work with X1 Mobile shell if not can some creators do the job so as to get the SPB mobile themes which can work on X1. Thanks
I hope, SE add more spb mobile shell version 2.1.2 for another panel.
Hi All,
Which do you use? SPB Pocket Plus or SPB Mobile Shell? (or both).
I'm looking to get one, and both look good... but unsure which is better to go for!
Cheers,
Amnesia
Hello!
I use them booth!
u can make in MobilShell a tab for Pocket+!
this is great, so u have two plugins with more choices!
if u want i´ll post my today screen!
U also can use the plugins from MobileShell in Pocket Plus!....
Hi Amnesia,
I use both, Mobile Shell primarely for the different colour schemes and the nice foto contacts screen,
and Pocket Plus so you can place icons on you Today screen from witch you can get to all applications
on your device.
Greetz ....
i have both, but i prefer pocket plus. mobile shell is 1 of my panels so i can use that anytime. i prefer pocket plus because imo i feel theres more customizability with that.
last week i found a way of running the panel and the full app at the same time, only the theme gets messed up, has somone a solution for this?
- install spb panel
- backup the MobileshellPanel.dll + four bitmaps
- install spb full
- restore the MobileShellPanel.dll and the bitmaps
(you can extract the files from the mobile panel cab with MSCEInf)
has someone a solution for the theme?
At the moment i'm using Pocket Plus cause of it's flexibility (add plugins from other programs as a tab), but SPB are about to release a new version of Mobile Shell which looks amazing.

Apparently due out sometime this month maybe next. There's another video around with someone from SPB demoing it on a phone which looks even more impressive.
Hi all,
Currently, SPB Mobile Shell 3 is developping well, a thread is about all tricks is available HERE
But, as you can see, there is still some lack of usefull things... like Album viewer, Music player incorporated... I remarked there were an easy way to go back to the TODAY place...
That's why i am asking you this question:
What program is for the best to run with SPB Mobile Shell 3?
#1 Win 6.5 Titanium, which ROM and why?
#2 Win 6.5 Titanium, using WM 7 project
#3 Win 6.1, new start menu, which rom and why ?
#4 Win 6.1, old start menu, which rom and why?
#5 ROM isn't important, just configure well the today, explain it to us!
#6 SPB Mobile Shell is perfect for me.
Sorry if this is a dumb question but you can't really use the titanium plugin with Mobile Shell 3 since they both take over the today screen so I'm not sure I follow the poll..
Personally I use Mobile Shell with WM6.5 and have mobile shell overwrite start menu.
I still think Manilla2d is better but am still testing out mobile shell for the time being.
I tested SPB MS 3 on my Diamond with:
new Startmenu(Topaz)
TF3D
TodayAgenda on today
TFDetacher
I found it quite good to have all these three things running, but due to the LARGE memory footprint i banned SPB MS.
If there was an option to disable several pages to free up some ram (e.g. favourites carousel is quite redundant and just to show off, not to use), I might get back.
Also the lack of the former lock screen (Password lock overlay) was quite frustrating.
Is it possible to install the onmia os on our topaz?
i really like the home screen and the drag and drop apps

Click to collapse
There isn't such thing.
The Omnia OS is Windows Mobile, just like T.Diamond2.
Are you talking about the new OMNIA (the one without WM?) - It's a proprietary OS, so no way to have it in HTC phones.
Anyway, you better try SBP Mobile Shell:

Then, if you want, get some MrSkip Widgets from here:

- There's a lot to read and to search.
Cheers.

The omnia uses touchwiz, so you just have widgets that you drag and drop. There are plenty of widgets out there, and SPB mobileshell is a good choice too
Hi, I`m using SBP Mobile Shell 3.5, and it`s great.
I updated to the official T-mobile 6.5 rom yesterday and it's great and 6.5 without touchflo is pretty accessible. There are little things that I think should be optional such as the start menu bombarding your screen which can be kind of an inconvenience but other than that it's great and the default UI is actually tempting to use over touchflo.
Anyways, the theme that comes preloaded with the rom is quite frankly repulsive. It's too friendly and not sleek enough. Are there any touchflo 3d 2 themes built for WinMo 6.5?
Learn how to make some themes then...its not that big of a deal...
use SPB Mobile Shell, and incoming Infinity by Ageye.
Both Touchflo 3D and WM theme suck.
hi i got a question regarding using SPB Mobile Shell. I am on stock sprint and currently use one of the customized tf3d and system fonts that one of the members at ppcgeeks forum made. if i install SPB Mobile Shell on my tp2, will i still be able to use those fonts?
