PLEEEEEASE HELP

Can someone please help me, theres all this info on unlocking the xda but i cant understand it all, im a new user of the wallaby xda and its phone locked i need detailed info on how to unlock it where to the the software if i need it and any usefull info, as well as what to do and what not to do.

I Need a little help... i have bricked my fone and i folow the tutorial to disbrick but the only problem is that my fone is the chinese version so... i cant understand nothing im the prompt... sorry for the realy bad english... i'm brazilian... can someone tell me pass by pass how to do that... plys.. i paid the equivalent of $850... yeah the governaments heare steal us...
