This is for all you old users who may have given up on the software and anyone new that would like to join. Click the link in my signature to sign up. You can earn money while driving around town and on trips.
Edit:A warning to all 3.5.3.0 users.
I want everyone to know that many syncs are required to get all your data uploaded now. There is now a folder called toupload in Navizon. Until this folder is empty you have not successful uploaded all your data. I suggest you go back to 3.5.2.8 to avoid this problem. I suggest you sync all data before changing version.

I've never been able to figure out what this software actually does for us. Does it provide directions or local listings? Also, would you be willing to disclose how much (if any) money you have made from the referral program?
Thanks!

It is mainly a program that people use to log wifi and cell towers and earn money. If you have a data plan you can also use it similiar to google maps to find your location. Then if you refer people you earn more rewards. I have earned about $100 in a couple months. I dont live in a large urban but if you do you could earn a lot more rewards. I would say it would be possible to earn 10 to 20 a month if you travel and/or live in larger urban area.

Does it use much memory or resources?

3-4mb ram i think, Also it does use battery with wifi on so I ust have it running when i drive and I have it plugged in at the same time.

I tried it out, and it crashed really often. It sounds like it may work well for other people and has some pretty cool payback features, but I don't think it's the program for me. Thanks, though!

How did it crash. It doesnt do that for me. Also try a program called cameraware buddy to launch and exit navizon. Just push run to start navizon after run navizon is checked in cameraware buddy. The when done minimize navizon and push stop on cameraware buddyl

Can't get this
Can anyone help me connect Navizon through wifi?
I have wifi running, but when I run Navizon it turns my wifi off and keeps trying to connect to data (which I don't have)... I have my data connection not able to connect with NODATA. I have my connections in the settings to connect to my network which is the wifi.
I try to go into settings Navizon but there is nothing that I can find to disable it from trying to connect to data...
Help please. Thanks.

go to menu-setting-power. Select move the slider to high keeping wifi on always. Also go to data and select location database mode and then select work offline so that it never tries to access data. You will have to work online to sync data over wifi or activesync

got it
Thank you very much!

Glad you got it working.

new version

it runns for like 30 seconds then crashes. any ideas?

Please email me through the site and I can try to help you troubleshoot the issue. Please let me know what phone, wm 6.1 or 6.5, current navizon settings

Getting Vindigo to work

Has anyone been able to get vindigo to work on a wizard? I have a T-Mobile MDA Vario, installed it, doesn't work, gives an error message when I tried to start up the application. Vindigo support say that it's hit and miss with windows mobile 5 devices, so just wondering whether anyone has been able to get it working on a wizard. Or maybe someone knows of a good replacement that gives maps/directions/restaurant reviews/movie info etc? Thanks.
I haven't tried vindigo before. Try actionengine's Brand 'n go they have a 90 days trial, it's a good app and does all what vindigo does and some more.
http://www.actionengine.com/
cheers
Thanks! Any idea if the directions/movies etc are available for the UK, or is this mainly a US application?
6 Months
Vindigo indicated that they will have a working version in 6 months, or at least they gave me a 6 month extension to insure that I'm not harmed by the delay.
The next best thing seems to be Zagat to go, but it doesn't have movie times (it has reviews, however) and the interface isn't as good.
Hmm, did they say for sure 6 months? Cause I had trouble with it a couple of months back and they offered to freeze the account for 6 months in case it got sorted out, or I can opt out. Chose to opt out cause it sounded like too much of a maybe...
How about Info2Go?
http://www.acodicmobile.com/index.aspx#
Looks pretty good. Guess I'll test drive this one and brand-n-go to see if they have UK content and how they compare.
Just had a look at vindigo's help section, out of curiosity, this is the first topic that shows up:
Windows Mobile 5.0
Q. Does Vindigo Support Windows Mobile 5.0?
A. The Vindigo application is currently not formatted to work with devices that use Windows Mobile 5.0 OS for Pocket PC, including the PPC-6700, Treo 700w and Dell Axim X51v. While we do have a handful of users that have been successful in syncing their subscriptions with Windows Mobile 5.0 devices, more often than not, our customers have written in with what would qualify as compatibility issues with this operating platform. Because we're seeing this across a variety of devices, it's hard to pinpoint what exactly is causing this to occur, especially when the same device works for one user, but not for another. To eliminate customer confusion, we strongly recommend against downloading the Vindigo application on a Windows Mobile 5.0 device.
Vindigo is working fine on my Cingular 8125. The splash screen logo doesn't show, nor do some of the logos on the home page, but Vindigo comes up ok and seems to provide full functionality (maps, etc show fine). Not had any problems syncing it. Just lucky, I guess. I have Vindigo Version 2.69.6.1 running.
Vindigo diagnosis
I can get Vindigo to synch. It copies my cities over and all seems fine, except that the VindigoUser file has no data in it, so that when I start the program, it says 'please visit the vindigo website and obtain a username and password.' When I click OK the program shuts down.
This is frustrating because it synchs OK. I created a log file, and my username and password are in the log file.
Mancred: Where did you get Vindigo Version 2.69.6.1? I just downloaded it from the website and it says 2.1.13.0. That is the installer, not the installed program, because I can't get the installed program to run.

I checked and I used installer version 2.1.13.0 as well.
2.69.6.1 is the Vindigo version installed on my 8125 using that version of the installer (although I have no idea how often they change the installer versions).
I downloaded the installer for the version I'm using on Feb 16th of this year, and the date associated with the Vindigo 2.69.6.1 on my 8125 is May 15 (copyright on the splash screen is 1999-2003 and maps are 2002)
Still working on the QTEK 2.08 ROM from summiter, although sometimes the reviews don't appear. Very stable on showing maps and directions, and syncs no problem. I'll see how it goes after I upgrade to the QTEK 2.17 with A2DP later this week.
This is sooo disheartening to hear. Vindigo was absolutely the most useful program on my Palm, as I work and play in Manhattan.
Restaurants and Movies were great, but it was the total "Citysearch" type content that I loved for clubs, bars and lounges.
I'd GLADLY pay the annual subscription fee again.
2.24 didn't fix it
I upgraded my ROM using Xelecin's excellent updater, and tried installing Vindigo, no go. Same problem -- it iinstalls without error, downloads the data successfully but when started on the MDA, says "please get a subscription from Vindigo." I tried getting Vindigo interested in trouble-shooting my device, but they wouldn't.
I agree with your assessment.
determined.....Success! (somwhat)
I just got Vindigo working on my MDA!
It's not 100% pretty - getting (x) for the buttons at the bottom for "get directions", "beam vindigo" and a help feature that tells you about "get directions", but if you click on them they work.
I live in NYC and have the following channels:
- Food
- Bars
- Movies
- Bathroom
They all work - the only issue being that the places that have a "review tab", the tabs are blank :? It's not a huge deal for me, I'm not sure why thats the case tho.
But as far as phone #'s, details, addresses, directions and the vote tab - they are all functional.
The map tab works consistantly and is very clear and colorful.
My only other complaint so far is that it's a teeny bit slow starting up, but I'm just glad that it starts up at all!
I'm using Vindigo version 2.69.6.1
I used to have a subscription for my Palm (Clie UX50)
To get this to work, you have to go to www.vindigo.com and sign up for a new account. Start from scratch, like you are meeting Vindigo for the first time and sign up for a new account for Pocket PC. Sign up for the free 30-day trial. CREATE A NEW USERNAME!! (ie my old account was Jaidnoire, my new account is Jaidnoire2)
Follow the prompts and download the Vindigo for PPC and when the installation is done and you are about to sync, check your ActiveSyncs options to make sure that vindigo is checked to be included in the sync.
The sync will take a while - but if you are familiar with this program, that's nothing new....lol
If that works, then what you need to do is go to vindigo.com and send a email to their Customer Care titled "Platform Change". Include the following information:
Your new Vindigo for Pocket PC username.
Your old Vindigo for Palm OS username.
The email address(es) with which you created the accounts
They will update their servers and your paid subscription should be transfered to the new username.
Appears to have worked for me!
It works, but I haven't stopped the trial yet.
yeah...you could play with it for a bit before you commit. I used to have a yearly subscription and then canceled it when I first started having the WM5 issue..I *just* changed to a monthly....so we'll see how it continues to play....
No go on SD card
I tried resetting the device and installing vindigo on the SD card (with yet another username) but that didn't work. So I restored and am using it in main memory.
I am not getting movie reviews, but I am getting restaurant reviews. Pretty much no images appear, they have broken links.

i couldnt get their software to install on the phone. says they dont support windows mobile 5.
Vindigo seems stable
Vindigo seems to work ok, starting with a new username did the trick. Odd, really, it must not install some essential file when you are an existing customer. I paid for a year and that worked, too, that is, it recognized that I'm paid up and no longer warns me about the free trial expiring.

Gmail (IMAP) push for Pocket Outlook !Updated Ver 0.6.0

All,
I've let the first release of Imap Pusher Service out of the bag. It's still pretty rough, but if you configure it right, it works well enough that you may get a lot of enjoyment out of it.
The program runs in the background and subscribes to IMAP IDLE notifications. When the notifications arrive it can do a send/receive on the PocketOutlook account you specify, effectively enabling push email for your Gmail account (or other imap server that supports the IDLE command).
Again, there are some known issues with the current version (I will hopefully address these soon), but I would like to know what you think. Here's the link.
http://www.codeplex.com/ImapPusherService
Update: version 0.2.0 is released
Changes: more descriptive error messages, ability to turn on trace log to help me diagnose problems.
If you are having issues you would like to resolve, capture the trace log and send it to me.
Update: version 0.2.1 is released
Changes: found bug which was causing client to not be able to reconnect in some cirumstances, should be resolved.
Update: version 0.2.2 is released
Changes: fixed problem where IDLE command was not getting refreshed when IMAP server was being to chatty.
Update: version 0.2.3 is released
Changes: fixed problem where if IMAP server says that it has a server error this was ignored.
Update: version 0.5.0 is released
Changes: program will atttempt to connect data connection if not connected.
some resource leaks have been fixed, will hopefully prevent the hanging.
Update: version 0.6.0 is released
Changes: program allows you to save your settings, and will not prompt you next time you start it. To get the prompt again, currently you need to delete the settings file. Note that storing your settings stores your encrypted password on your device, and since this is an open source program, anyone can lookup how I do the encryption, so only use this option if you are comfortable, and change your email password if you lose your device!
Great
Great idea but... I can't manage to get it work.
I previously had a Gmail POP3 account which i setup to get mails manually.
Then I ran IMAPPusherservice, filled up parameters, OK... and then still waiting for emails...
What am I doing wrong ?
Thanks

Maybe (hopefully) a simple solution, did you enable imap in your account settings in gmail?
It works great with my GMX account, well done!
But it uses 30% CPU if there is no data connection active, nor does Pocket Outlook play a sound when it receives the email...
works great!
Works great even with google apps gmail. Thanks
I'd like to mention once again the full service of Mail2Web. I'm very happy with it.
For those who don't know: they're offering Free Exchange-Accounts there.
This means you can sync your contacts, todo's, calendar and your e-mail with it. The Microsoft DirectPush is screaming fast!
But another solution i'm taking a deeper look into, is Z-Push. It's an opensource implementation of the ActiveSync protocoll. Which basically means you'd be able to have the same functionality as with an Exchange-Server.
It runs out of the box with a php-enabled webspace (need the right to set aliases via .htaccess). Had to figure it out myself, but the guys in the fora are kind. Another advantage of this solution (beside it is OpenSource and you can extend it yourself) is the possibility to plug it onto various groupware solution.
BTW: Push-GMail is the most popular example in the forum there.
Sry for my english..

I use .net framework 3.5
yeah, this release is quite a rough cut. its not very graceful if you enter your password incorrectly (double chck this if its not getting new mail). Or if you don't have the data connection runing already. for now it would be best to tell your data conection to sty on. I'm on a kaiser and I can easily use kaiser tweaks to do this. ad it was the default mode for my ppc6700 with sprint.
the reason why i'm bothering with this rather mail2web is that with mail2web you are entrusting your mail with yet another party, when google now supports everything you need for push obo.
anyway, if you configure this guy appropriately, even this early release should work for you. but if you are having trouble I hope to have a release out soon that wil identify your problems with ease. it just neds to contend with all the work I get paid to do ;-)
At the moment it requires .NET CF 3.5. This isn't strictly necessary from a functionality standpoint at the moment though, so I may try and downgrade it, if thats a problem.
client seems to disconnect, and not reconnect, after a while (mine was connected for a good 36 hours, this last time). I will have to track this down when I release a version with more tracing information (hopefully tonight).
this would be a great application to have once it starts working properly.
right now i use this other app whcih is a sms switch. you forward gmail to your sms address. when your phone gets the incoming sms for new mail, it automatically opens up poutlock and send/receives and gets you the new mail. this works great because you dont need to always be connected. it only connects when you get new mail. only problem is it uses SMS so if you dont have a unlimited text plan it's gonna really hurt you.
if you can develop this program it would be a great alternative. it would be even better if you dont always have to be connected as to save battery power.
The reason why I have released this is that it works pretty darn well now. With a glitch or two. IMAP IDLE, like ActiveSynch Direct Push require an open data connection though, because of the way that they work. The key is that they don't have to be broadcasting all the time, though. This works pretty well battery wise for most modern phones.
Any other form of notification would have to come through the data interaction your phone makes with the cell towers (like SMS), so you would probably have to pay for it (like SMS).
I've noticed that the new iPhone SDK has some allowance for notification routing, but I would assume this relies on keeping a data connection open.
version .2 is released, check first post for details.

I've been looking for something like this for quite some time now. I'll give the current version a try. Being that most devices come with .NET CF, it would be nice if it wasn't dependent on 3.5.
version .21 is released, should be more stable, see first post or project page for details.
version 0.22 is released, check first post for details.
i have subscribed and keepin my eye out on each release. version .21 worked on and off. it didnt retrieve mail as fast as it should and sometimes it didnt retrieve at all. will try new version soon. thanks for developing it.
do you need to have your inbox running on the ppc for this to work or will it automatically open the inbox? just wondering if i should keep the inbox open in the background at all times as well. i tried it with the box open and close and it didnt work that time so it may be a glitch since it works sometimes when the box was open. but when i tried again with it open and close it didnt work so hard to tell.
I'm now test the lastest version.. I would really like the following features:
- save settings in .ini file
- auto start service if windows mobile starts
- Auto dial if no internet connection is present
This is great, it's working really well. I second the above post about saving the settings and auto-starting, but I'm guessing that's something you're planning on adding anyway?
I used to have Outlook check my Gmail account over IMAP every ten minutes and drop the data connection after two minutes of inactivity. I'm not sure what kind of effect leaving the data connection permanently on will have on my battery, but I'm certainly willing to give it a go for a day or two to see. Emails sent to myself as a test are coming through in well under thirty seconds from sending, and that's over a slow GPRS connection.
The area I live in doesn't have the best reception though, being virtually out in the sticks and all. I've not left the house since installing this, but what can I expect if I temporarily have no signal and the data connection drops? Will I start getting "Cannot connect" type error messages?
Thanks for your hard work, I'll be keeping a close eye on this one.

MyPhone location / finder feature?

Hi,
I'm looking into MS MyPhone for the first time, seems like some good ideas there..
Personally I use ActiveSync with an Exchange Server so I'm not interested in the contacts / calendar / email side of things, but the backing up of txt messages and the provision of a data conduit for files etc is very handy (previously I find myself emailing myself files! ).
I also like the look of the location / phone finder thingy. Very hand for when I can't find my phone, to work out whether I've left it at work or if it's in the house somewhere, or dropped in the street etc. HOWEVER from what I can see this only syncs up once a day. Ideally I'd like this to happen either more often (say hourly?) or on-demand. Otherwise I'm basically waiting up to 24hrs before deciding whether to report my phone as missing or not.
Any ideas?
nb. realise their might be some people that have privacy concerns around this area - I can understand these, however for me this is a useful feature I'd elect to use so all good!

The phone finder feature cost $5 per use, so you may not want to use it so much...
Actually, I thought that MyPhone premium features are a one off fee?
I've tried to get it to work on the HD2 but havent been sucessfull. Could you post wether or not it works for you in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=594032

sugarsync does not sync my desire with my laptop

Anybody tried this app?
I installed it fine on my home laptop and the client on my Desire.
Now I can sync folders with the so-called cloud online but only independently.
That is, I do not seem to be able to sync two folders between my laptop and desire directly.
This is so awkward.
All i want is whenever a file is changed on one side it is synced automatically on the other side. But it does not work like that .
any ideas ?
I use this app and I like it a lot since the new GUI update.
I think that for the sake of mobile traffic, there is no option to automatically sync a folder to the mobile device. You would always have to download the file, edit it and then upload it again. Have you tried putting a file in the "Magic Briefcase"? Maybe that would be a workaround. If I find some time, I'll try it out myself later and report back.
Other than that, you could maybe try another couldstorage service (e.g. Dropbox), but I'm not sure how it works there.
ps. sorry, since I'm a new user, I cannot post links to other sites, so just google for "dropbox android"
thx for your help but i tried the magic stuff but it is not that magic at all. Also tried several other clouds (zumo, dropbox, etc) as well but they all seem to miss what a user is really looking for = conveniently = automatically sync my device with my home PC (thru the cloud if need be).
It is all too complicated now.
All i want is to be always in sync between my home laptop and mobile device.
That should not be too difficult to do?
they do allow to sync between computers and to share folders with other PCs but why not sync the "same" folder between a mobile device and my home PC?
I'm in the same boat
I can't believe that sugarsync or dropbox just don't do it. I only want to keep synced 1 excel file.
Well, like I said, maybe because this would generate more mobile traffic. You could send a message to the devs and ask them, maybe such a feature is planned. SugarSync just recently updated their GUI. Before that it was really, really bad!
I always inform the supplier in these cases and i received a ticket but i still wait for their reply ....
and this is what they replied:

Hello .....,
You will not be able to add your HTC desire as a computer to sync data to. You can download files you need from your SugarSync account to your HTC mobile device and sync data from the HTC Desire mobile phone to the account but cannot setup syncing between the 2 device because not everyone have unlimited data plan.

SugarSync Customer Care
///////////////
Well i think this answer is just rubbish ....
Why not offer it as an option, btw many apps warn about the cost of data transfer ....
pitty, i have removed it ....

I'm not suprised. I AM doing what you are looking to do using Sugarsync and [ViceVersa Pro VV Engine combination]. This combination costs about $60 but I already had it.
If you use the not so Magic Briefcase that sugarsync supply and add files/folders from your PC/laptop through that what happens is that those files/folders are duplicated in USER/USER_NAME/MYDOCUMENTS/MAGIC BRIEFCASE on your PC.
Those files will be available on your Desire through magic briefcase. When you edit a file on your Desire, after you close that file you will told to upload it as it has changed.
On your PC, the relevant file in USER/USER_NAME/MYDOCUMENTS/MAGIC BRIEFCASE will have been updated.
I now use ViceVersa Pro to ensure that the 2 versions of the file on my PC are kept in sync, and VV engine does the task every 20 mins.
Hopefully I have explained how I do this in a straight foward fashion beacuse it seems to work flawlessly. Sugarsync does 75% of the job but just does not sync the 2 versions on your PC.
The key is to examine USER/USER_NAME/MYDOCUMENTS/MAGIC BRIEFCASE
Hope this helps.
@lyrrad
thx, nice idea, but bit complicated though, with a risk of duplicates.
nevertheless i will give it a try as i already use goodsync to sync my home network
I will now add these two folders and see how it goes.

For me the only complication was the setup, and that was far less painful than tring dropbox/sugarsync and zumo and finding out that things just don't work as advertised.. My way seems to be 100% okay, and I have not experienced any duplicates YET. The only thing I now have to do is to upload the file from my Desire when asked. It just works. Let me know how you get on, just in case I'm overlooking something.

[App Idea]Web Sync -Alpha test 2 (1/13/2011) - File transfer added!

Okay guys, I tried to come up with an idea for Android and I finally came up with one and I'd like to ask what you think of it before I publish to the public. So, I've had a lot of files on my computer in a folder called "Copy later" and I haven't had the time to sit down, connect my phone, and wait for it to sync all the files. I also am aware of many different apps which sync through WiFi but if I travel to places, I don't have the time to wait for it to copy. So, I decided to come up with a solution...Basically, you would turn on your computer, run this super lightweight app which takes your files in a specific folder (or a system folder like "My Documents of My Music") and send it to a remote server. Now, the remote server would wait for your phone to be available (like connected to the internet and to the server) and it will negotiate a connection with it. Once the connection has been built, the remote server will start transferring the files to the phone. When the files have been processed to the phone, the server will delete its "Temp container" and will wait for the computer to tell it to copy more files.
Now, people will also want to backup the contents of their phone and sync up their files. The same process also applies for the phone's data but slightly more efficient. Essentially, you can setup (optionally) some "zones" at which you can sync the corresponding data. For example, when you are at work, you can sync up your contacts and your "Work" folder. When you're at home, it can sync up your music files and maybe your Facebook updates. This is great because it takes in your GPS location and you can set a radius so that if you are within that radius, you can be syncing up some specific folder(s) with your computer. Also, in the event you lose your phone, you would still have the last synced files. This makes your syncing much more efficient.
If you like this idea, I have already started working on it so please tell me if you want to be a beta for it. Right now, it's invite only so post in this thread if you want me to send you a link. I personally think it is useful for me because switching from school to home, to friends' house, it is handy to sync only the stuff I change. Also, Im looking for a name for this app (still haven't thought of one). A good name will get a prize....
UPDATES
-Removed the middle server - Direct pc to android connection
-Encrypted transfers
-Connects through port 4000 so if you have port forwarding done for this, you can connect from anywhere in the world!
-Sends the data encrypted now
Alpha Program 1:
-This simply transfers data from pc to android and establishes a secure connection.
Alpha program 2:
-After long hours of work, I finally got it to transfer the data safely through the web.
-It doesn't send ANY data without encypting it first and this took a while to make but it finally does conversion without much lag.
-Basically, you choose an mp3 from your computer and send it over. Once it completes, it will play on device. Check out the quality...its equal to that on the computer...
Sign me up for the beta.
I don't quite understand.
What files would you be syncing?
How is this different than using DropBox, where I already have 2GB of space?
Who controls this 'remote server'?
dropbox is different because the files "stay" in the server, but in this the server is only a middle means for data transport. The files are deleted from server once the sync is performed. You can sync whatever you want, like music/videos/data/whatever other folder you choose.
Also, dropbox is basically a "file storage"/backup solution. This just transfers the files from desktop to device and back.
Alright. I have begun work on this project. Firstly, I have now eliminated the idea of needing a 3rd party remote server. Now, it will connect directly to the phone using wifi networks and direct tcp/ip protocol. However, the difference is that data will be transfered in ssl. This way, it will be very secure.

My interest is piqued now I'm liking this alot! Would come in very handy.
im down for this!
Okay. Firstly, I would like to get a beta out today. This beta will simply send a file to and from your device and tell you if it was successful. There is a windows app and an android app which runs on your phone. Both are light but the point is to encrypt/decrypt the data sent.
I Like The Idea.... Also, If Your Open To Suggestions, I Think A Few Useful Features Would Be:
If You Had A Optional Folder On Both Your Sdcard, And Also Your Desktop, That Can Be Set To AutoMatically Send From Either End (Sdcard Or Desktop) Or Even Send To Email, Or Wherever Else When Files Are Dropped Into Either Optional Folder!!
Sent from my HERO200 using XDA App
Ok so you're saying it should automatically sync whenever things have been updated right? I think that would be easy enough. Problem now is that the computer has to stay on when you want to sync. Is that okay?

Yes That Would Be Ok, But....
What Do You Think Of A Feature (If Possible?) That Can Detect If Its First Destination (Computer) Is Off, & If So More Or Less Have A Secondary Destination, (Email) Maybe?
Sent from my HERO200 using XDA App
Thats great. When it does a handshake, if it fails, it can resort to a secondary target....email? Isn't that too small of a space to store large files?

I think you're trying to compete with dropbox by offering a service that doesn't require users to trust dropbox's security. I've looked at what they say about security here:
dropbox.com/help/27 (sorry, forum doesn't let me post actual links)
Reading that makes me feel safe about storing my files there. Then again, if I had data that would put millions of dollars or lives in risk if it got in the wrong hands, I'd want more security.
If you want a successful product, I think you should target it to this latter crowd -- users who take the security of their data very seriously.
right. Which is why i decided to eliminate the idea of needing a middle server.
Great idea. I was ( just like many others) have been looking for way to sync files over the net with no server in between.
It would be even better if the app in the Phone would auto detect any file chnage and sync with the computer.
Gud luk and let me know u need another tester.

ok. an aplha has been posted and this is merely a test to see if my method of transfer works. Please try it and reply here if it works properly. It seriously takes only 60 seconds to test it out.
This app looks great! If you need some servers for temp. file storage hit me up via PM.
Keep up the great work
Thanks, but I think I am going to not do the temp file storage thing, as some people are concerned with the security of it. Anyway, I may however make a web based login thing where you can access the files in the computer remotely. This web client will act as if it were mimicking a device. Also, how did the app go? Did the transfer work?
Wow...this actually works...
vision
Great then. I will now make one which transfers a sound file (mp3 of your choice), transfers it, then plays it on the phone.
-Another alpha may come out tomorrow or tonight....
