Changing font color of tf3d?

Hi there,
Does anyone knows if its possible to change the front color of manila? I searched the forum but could only find a hex edit way. Isnt there a easier way to get this done? I got a nice white wallpaper now but along with the background on all pages cab (which broke down btw, cant get it to work anymore) it makes most tabs kinda hard to read with all the white text ^^.

Hi! This goes out to all of you who, unlike me, managed to learn how to make compleate themes I am looking for at black theme with black text alt. a util to change the text color in TF3D. I use a light background so I can't se the text on sms etc. If anyone made one please point me in the right direction and in that case sorry for making a new thread

well... there is a tutorial on how to change font colour in TF3D
(have a look in Customizing TF3D - The Collection!)
But the closest I can get u is this... (without you doing any changes yourself)

but remember...
If u have any other mods (MessageZoom ex...)
then u will replace the file for some tab...
and it may not work, depending on what version u have on TF3D...

[REQ] clear Taksbar

ok so while im searching im wondering if anyone can help me out because i have a lot of tabs to go through just through this forum on taskbars,
I would like my taskbar to look like it does in the left picture were it is clear all the time and not black like in the right hand side picture on my today screen does any no where i should be looking please folks ??

You want the taskbar to be same as background image or do you want it black? You'r post is kinda confusing, but if I understand you correctly here are your choices:
1. Flash a WM 6.5 ROM. That'll give you "transparent" taskbar at top and bottom while accessing the start menu (but only there).
2. Create your own theme for WM with your preferred picture as taskbar (at least I think this is possible, but I never tried.
3. Find some third party software that adds a layer on top of the taskbar. MaxManila might do the trick if you're using Manila. Don't know if there are any other alternatives...

yep basically i wanted to be able to see all of my wallpaper instead of having a black taskbar, i dont use manilla or titanium, even though i have 6.5 i may just use titanium because i can see all the picture then, just being fussy i guess

all i want is a simple black/white or grey or green theme that works

hi everyone. i still cant find the right theme that makes all the text white ontop of the black background.

i tried the htc diamond theme using a picture of a black background, it was fine for a day or 2 but now the same thing has happened were some of the text keeps turning black so it cant be seen

I need the same thing for easy readability (I am legally blind)
I usually collect blacked out cabs (calc, dialer,etc) but the holy grail to me would be a fully inverted theme (especially the pesky screens like call logs etc)
Can anyone help?

[Q] Colorblind or hard to see Check box colors on MT4G

I dont know if it is just me being colorblind or what, but does anyone else have a hard time (in setting for example) telling if boxes are CHECKED or UNCHECKED on the settings screen??
I believe there are a green or red check to signify the difference but I have a very difficult time distinguishing between the two.
Is anyone else having this problem and are there any ways to make it more apparent for me (like a check for check, and NO check for unchecked)???

I am also color blind (red/green) and I am having the same problem. Any help on changing this would be helpfull.

Glad to hear there is a least ONE other person Ron. I was afraid I was going nuts!! lol
I am finding it very difficult to know if I have various settings checked or not. Quite aggravating actually.
I wonder if there is a way to change the Background to WHITE (instead of Black) and maybe that will help a little.

I am not colorblind and if I'm not paying close attention I have to double check.

I found that changing the theme made the checkboxes easier to see (and I am not colorblind!) I am using the "Ruby" theme.

The theme that I am using, the one with the background of white squares called Carrera, uses black check marks for things in settings. However if you change your theme it will also change the check mark color. I know that with my particular theme the volume level is in grey, which isn't very smart since the background for it is also like a grey but a little darker. This will also change when you change the theme.

I am colorblind and also have the same issue. Highly annoying.

Thanks everyone. Changing themes did help a little. I changed to the "white" theme. Makes it a little easier to see, STILL ridiculously difficult to see sometimes though. I think they could have done a better job on this part of the OS.
