[Question] How to solve this issue in manila?(icons overlaping)

well, i am working now on a theme (L'amour) like nokia one, and i have an issue with icons overlaping each other, the Hero Icon appears in tray and covers the main tray icon... please advice
Since your slider is transparent, the main icon will always show through. I think the only way to fix it would be to install an opaque slider or make your hero icon so that it completely obscures the tray icon.
use NisseDILLIGAF 3 icon menu..
basically it will make the Current tab icon at the bottom invisible, so you will only see the unselected tab icon..it works great

transparent task par and start menu bar

Could any body get me an application or theme to make my taskbar and start menu bar transparent
I know of a app that will hide the taskbar and bottom bar but when you say transparent you mean invisible??
ok tell me about the app which hide them
Look for Vijay apps, you will find what you need.
but could any one heard about an app that makes them transparent like wm6.5
not possible in WM6 & 6.1
you could try WAD 3, but you'll have to pay for it, and it'll drain your battery faster...
Wisbar Advance can do it (in a way). Use a part of your wallpaper as your taskbar. Not transparant, but perfectly blending with your wallpaper.
Example: http://www.lakeridgesoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11747
As said... not possible in WM6.x.

Softkey and topbar modding

Making taskbar and slider transparent...

I would like to know if anyone knows how to make the taskbar and slider on sense 2.1 transparent, so the background can look like the example on the HDWall thread...

I think this what your looking for, good luck.
i think hes referring to the taskbar rather than the curtains, i too am looking for some way to make them transparent or even a simple black, the sprint.tsk is more of a grey than black

HDWalls will do that. It doesn't actually make the taskbar and the softkey bar transparent, but it replaces them with a matching piece of the background image. There's a checkbox in the configuration settings that says "WM 6.5 Taskbar & SoftKeybar Skinning"...just check that and the app will include in the cab the extra pieces to make it look like you see in the example there.
Now I know what the guy in the other treahd meant, when he said, he doesn't want to create a cab with HDWall every time he wants to have a new background. This really sux but it seems to be the only way to get rid of the softkeybar etc....
still looking
i have a stock att rom with manila 2.1 and wm 6.5 and i am still looking for a transparent taskbar too. so far i havent found anything to make it transparent but i did find UI Tweaker to allow me to change the color to whatever i wanted. after installing some taskbar icons mine went from black to grey and this changed them back without affecting my icons. it lets you change a whole bunch of your color settings throughout your system and so far no problems with my phone.
