WM 5 & 6 Parental Controls

Hello all..
I was wondering if anyone is developing Parental Controls for WM devices? I know there are non-smartphones from Cricket that offer these software options.. But I think it woudl be nicer for my 13 y/o to have a cool phone that blocks him from making calls at certian times.. OR better yet.. a program that would let the parent control with a parental password from the child calling anyone other than in his contact list... Only people on the contact list can make the phone ring... and the contact list itself password protected too of course.... That would make me happy right there... I am sure if you limited the amount of min they could talk and such would be great too... I am just more concerened about limitng the number of contacts...
If anyone is working on this, or knows of a solution let me know.. Thanks!

Then you have a solution? If not then have a moderator move this to the development section to make a think tank thread..I'm not downing this by any means because i think it'd be good, but you must follow the rules of the forum
oh i am very sorry about this, i thougth the development section is for well.. developed things
how do i get in contact with a moderator?
if a moderator reads this: please move this thread in the right section for me and dont be mad at me, sorry
FXP claims to have this fixed in FXP 123. I don't think its up for testing yet, though.

2WCR / In Call Recording

Has anyone found a way to do 2 way call recording (2wcr), otherwise known as in-call recording, on the SnapDragon variant of the S4 that works for mic/speaker, speakerphone, and bluetooth?
I have rooted my AT&T S4 and tried the various options in skvalex's call recorder with no luck.
Thx.

So very strange...I did a search for "call record", "ICR", "2WCR", and a bunch of other terms which did not turn up the thread you linked to.
Thanks so much for the help!
