Contacts Transfer from 1 mobile to another - XPERIA X1 General

I have 3 mobiles Sony Ericsson X1 (XPERIA), W810i and Nokia mobile. Now I am going to use X1 forever. So I want to transfer my all contacts from W810i and Nokia to my X1 mobile. Problem is that contacts are in SIM also and in Mobile also. I try to first transfer in SIM from Mobile but it gives me improper result like if in Mobile if I have stored in X name as mobile no,residence no and Office no now if i try to transfer to SIM it come like X1,X2,X3 I don't want like that.
Please help me in that. I was looking for some kind of software or some good method there.

Sync each of your phones with outlook one after the other.
Do the other two phones before your X1.
You will need to use either Active Sync 4.5 (XP) or Windows Mobile Device Centre (Vista) for your X1 and you can download Sony Ericsson Data Suite for your w810i and nokia data suite for your nokia. The manufacture will have the software you need on the webpage for each phone.

Microsoft My Phone will solve your problem.
Currently in beta, provides wireless synchronization of data on your mobile phone (including contacts)

google has a similar free service.

Floats Mobile Agent and Windows Mobile 5

I have recently upgraded form a Sony Ericsson K750 to a Qtek S200 (ROM 2.9.7.24). I used to use Floats Mobile Agent to sync with my PC via Bluetooth, but also get notifications of text messages and phone calls direct on to my PC.
Obvoiusly activesync takes care of the syncing issues (although not wirelessly) but the notifications were really useful when you have your phone on silent in the office.
The point is that for some reason i cannot get my S200 to connect to Flats Mobile Agent. I can pair my device with my PC but fma will not connect. I suspect this has something to do with Windows Mobile 5. Has anybody managed to et this to work?
Thanks
LeoPheonix
I used to use Float's on my SE T610 and K700i. Absolutely loved it.
I think the answer to your question is that FMA does not support windows mobile 5 devices. It was built specifically for the SE T610, k700, k750 etc. wihch uses a different OS on the phone. FMA also tends to use OBEX transfer to specific directories on the phone to access text messages and stuff. Windows mobile uses databases for it's message storage.
Check out the support page on Sourceforge under supported phones.

I Need Some Help Please

Hi There,
I am the proud new owner of a T Mobile Mda Vario II. So far I love it, I have gotten my email set up etc. The only problem I have is that I am a avid user of Microsoft Money 2005. Now on my PC I am running Windows Vista Home Basic edition. So when I try to install a program to my Vario which should allow me to keep track of my Microsoft Money accounts the installation tells me I have no Microsoft Money installed on my PC to Synch with. I am using the lastest release of Synch centre etc. So I don't know what the answer is. I was hoping some of you nice people on here might be able to help me out
how about some more info like what app you are trying to install what version of WMDC are you running the more info the better
It's microsoft money for the pocket pc. It ran perfectly when I had windows xp on my main pc with my other pocket pc. Since having windows home basic the program won't find the main program on the pc therefore I cannot synch my vario with the pc.
@quietgirl: WMDC = Windows Mobile Device Center. Try looking into that and re-read austinsnyc's response.

Checkout the MS uk money newsgroup....

Many people have reported issues with Money for PocketPC on WM5 devices. MS only support it on Wm2003 devices, but some users say they have it working fine on WM5. Hopefully someone in that newsgroup can help you.
Thanks for the advice. just thought I would post back what i've tried. none of the ppc programs will synch properly so I tried a trial version of sbf finance I think its called. after synching it quadrupled every entry in my money program on the pc. I have opted not to bother now. but just wanted to say thanks for the advice.

Blackberry on the Polaris

Is anyone able to tell me if Blackberry is going to work on a Polaris? And what's the difference (if any) between Blackberry Service & Blackberry Connect.
Basically I want to be able to use the Polaris with my corporate BB server.
Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Plz, dont ask anything concerning BB in this forum... u r really off topic.
HTC has push email (and contacts, pim, etc...) like BB. Just check here:
https://secure.europe.htc.com/en/htcmail/index.html
So the answer is: YES, u can act your HTC like u can do on a BB
Anyone still using HTCmail after the trial period? I can't seem to find how much it costs.

I think the question is valid. I have had a PDA for years and have moved through different version of device and OS. I love the features you get (including stylus/touchdrive screen) the ability to add many applications/themes and even upgrade to new roms etc not to mention Tomtom/GPS and push email from exchange.
I love the exchange push but my company are against it as they have been blackberry for a while and are worried about security/viruses and control of devices.
I recently was given a Blackberry from work which just turns out to be a basic phone with email...they work great but i cannot do much else. I have no memory expansion, MP3 player, not much decent addon applications, rubbish themes and no touch screen.
I would love to take the sim with its data tariff and put it in my Wizard or Universal or even my old XDA2 and use it for the blackberry service. I cant use it for excahnge push a it is disabled at the corporate end and if it was available would cost a fortune as the blackberry GPRS tariff charges extra for any data not going over blackberry.
I am stuck with 2 devices where I would dearly like to have one. That one would not be a blackberry but a fantastic WM6, touch screen, Satnav, Audio player, Camera, media viewer, media streamer from my home PC, media streamer from the internet over Wifi or GPRS, web browser, bluetooth stereo headset, voice dialing.....oh, and email from blackberry connect with my company SIM would be nice.
I think I am getting a bit bitter about this.........Sorry for the rant....I realy want Blackberry Connect V4 on my wizard.
Sorry if this is the wrong thread (mods, feel free to delete/move or tell me where I *should post), but . . .
HTC Mail is no good for me as it costs money. My company wants to give me a Blackberry but, like OhtwoXCDA2, I want a 'real' device. So, I'm hoping that the free BB Connect will allow me to get mail from my corporate Blackberry Enterprise Server to the Polaris.
And, to answer my own post, a friend who knows about this stuff assures me that you can simply install BB Connect on a WM6 device, enter the PIN fom the BES and everything will be rosey.
Confirmation from anyone else would be nice.
p.s. there's also a thread going on here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=360114
Blackberry Mobile definitely works with the Kaiser, so I can't see any reason (by looking at the specification comparison to the Polaris) why it would not work on the Polaris.

I'm not trying to be a wise guy... But I'm not sure what you are asking for.
If you want Nokia PC Suite - Google shows it available for free download, straight from Nokia. Your choice of World Region, phone model, etc...
But I sort of think you know that and have used it in the past???
Are you saying you have a different phone you need similar (to Nokia) software for???
I sort of doubt that a generic, one program covers all software will be as good as one from the OEM for your phone. It might be helpful to state which phone you are trying to manage.
pc suit for wm
this sofrware can work as pc suit for the windows mobile
Mymobiler is nice, but I like EveryWAN better. It's also free for the personal edition. You can do more things with it (file manager, etc.) and it just looks nicer IMO .

Thnx a lottt for these softwares.
