Hi! Can anyone say me how to create playlists in Media Panel and Windows Media Player?
I know I can create a playlist and add single tracks to it in Media Panel, but I want to put in the playlist whole folder. Help pls
use any player on PC, select tracks and savelist as m3u
But I have music on X1. Is it possible to make a playlist with folders in X1? Most SE phones have easy setup of playlists... Even if its HTC made with WinMo it shouldnt make problems with music...

Hi guys,
just noticed a problem when I use my desktop to sync windows media player playlists with my jam. When I sync 3 playlists across it copies all of the music files to the storage card, but not the actual lists themselves which means I have to reconstruct the playlists on my device or listen to all 3 sets of music together in a jumble.
Any idea where I'm going wrong?
Thanks

Good question.
I can create playlists on my PDA but I can't save them. Once I close the program, they're gone.
Is there any software or tool for creating playlists(not windows media playlist) in xperia through pc ?
go to the media panel provided by the x1 itself and from there u can create playlist.and the songs which u want 2 add put in the MY MUSIC folder and from the panel u can add the tracks into the playlist.
One of the best things about the new media panel is that it is able to use asx playlist files which are saved in the phone.
But this is driving me crazy.
Does sombody know how to make a playlist on your computer which works with the new media player?
I created 5 Playlist in my computer, when I connected the phone as a harddrive.
I saved them as asx datas, but only one of them work, the rest is shown as emty in the medial panel.
Has anyone a solution for this? I don't wont to creaty a playlist with the MediaPanel because it's a pain to add every single song to a playlist.
Does anyone know what the path is where the Manila/TouchFlo player stores the playlists?
I want to sync music with MediaMonkey which is going fine but I can't sync the playlists.
I looked on the phone and there is the path "\Application Data\HTC\AudioManager_Eng\playlists" but nothing is stored there while I created a playlist with the HTC AudioManager.
Or shouldn't I use the HTC AudioManager and use another music player? But I refuse to use WMP, it sucks.
"\Application Data\HTC\AudioManager_Eng\playlists" is the path i use... just add your playlist inside, and they will appear on HTC Media Player.
Works for me.

Is it possible to import a playlist created on your PC i.e. .m3u into the HD2 and make it appear in the sense music player?
Can you sync music/playlist on your PC with the HD2?
Yes, use Windows Media Player and right click on the playlist and press "Add to sync list" and it will appear in the sense player when done.
Thanks...I'll give that a try
Just tried this but only music being transferred and found by sense music player...NOT playlists...Are you sure this works??
I'm wondering this, too...how can I get my fifty gazillion song playlist onto my phone without sitting down for hours and manually re-creating it? This is very frustrating. Can't we stick a text file or xml or something into the phone system to get sense to recognize it?

Did anyone come up with a solution to this?
I have tried all sorts to get a playlist from my PC into my HD2 and to show up in the sence player to no avail
I've been playing with different ways to get my music on and seem to have a working solution using MusicBee which gets all my music including tags and album art into sense perfectly. It copies playlist over but I can't get sense to recognise them. Getting fed up with recreating playlists every time I change my music over on my phone
If anyone knows a way to get playlists into the sence player it would be most appreciated.
