I want to do some work for windows mobile again so here I am with a concept.
I remember when I used to use a Prophet, a lot of people wanted black skins for everything because it's supposed to save your battery. So i decided to do so.

Is this something you guys would like to see on your phones or not?
I'm just looking for something to skin, most of the programs are already skinned here on xda and I feel like it's getting a bit over-saturated with designers.
So if you don't like this idea, give me a suggestion to skin another program.
If you do like it, please let me know.
I realy like this idea fo a simple black dialer. and looking at it it would go perfect with ur OUTLINE FOR TF3D.. im using tf3d2 otherwise id still be using that theme. a couple questios though.. what dialer is it based on? will it be vga, will it have s2a and will it have a curtain like ur MINIMAL PHONE CANVAS ?

It is a damn good idea. But there is always things to skin Such as G-Alarm, titanium, s2p, s2u2, etc.. I would love to see more of your work since it's nice. I hope you do update your Outline theme for the new TF3D2 and add some new icons.

I'll cancel all my skinning until HTC gives us a proper phonecanvas for wm 6.5.
6.5 is the future and 6.1 is no longer comming back to my device.

HTC should be pushing a new phonecanvas shortly, but we'll need to port it to VGA, since it's most probably gonna be in WVGA.

Well haven't had anything to flash since flashing wm6 black 1.2. So started skinning my today screen. Here it is.

All thats left is to find some good meter replacements for ilauncher(any one know were to find some send me a msg) and I'm good to go.
Edit: The weather panel icons are animated. Gives it a little spice my son like to watch the lightning.

There are 5 programs that you see in that ss.
1. Wisbar advance with Vistabetatwo skin
2. Weatherpanel with Finis2 skin
3. Ilauncher with icons by lokutos
4. Phone alarm with [email protected] skin
5. I also have wisbar advance desktop thats were 2-4 are shown.
If anyone knows an easy way to skin the dial pad or a good place to get dial pads that will work with wm6 drop me a line also a good skinable calc would be nice.

And, coming from Oklahoma City, I bet those animated tornado icons look pretty cool too eh?
Here in WI, all I can animate is cows....
pretty nice, maybe we can do a gallery with today screens from people, and share skills in tunning today...
yeah luckly haven't had to spend much time in the tornado shelters in the last couple of years but they said that will change this year. Looking foward to the icons.
sinmae: I was thinking a site dedicated to skinning the today screen with skins for different apps. Kinda like wincustomize. But I am only a cnc programer not a web desinger. So I don't have the skill.

If you replace the BG.png file in your Spb Black 47 installation directory with this BG.png, you get this skin. It's not a perfect diamond but it does match better.

exactly what I wanted... didn't realize that the background was seperated fromt eh clock. I checked that before and I thought I saw a background with the clock dial on.
But this is enough for me, this will work. thanks... Now I can make anything for them...

Black project means that I want to skin the basic apps like the dialer, comm manager, manila and a few more from the dull (in my eyes) white into a more mysterious (!!!) black

I did a quick fix by swapping the buttons around so that the dialer was black (You can get from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=459260 )
@itje: i will probably join in and reskin some stuff like the sbp-panel similar to your work here. i will start in the next days and maybe we can customize near all aspects of the x1 with a one nice black style/skin (if you dont mind).

I am looking for experienced POINT UI community developers that can help me create new looking interface based on pointui. The idea is to create not only the theme but totally new applets that match the user interface.

Currently everything you see is of course just a CONCEPT and of course not everything is possible to be done at the moment - like bars on the top but it is all planned by POINT UI team for the future releases ( I guess that what they said ).

b) WORLD APPLET
c) MUSIC PLAYER APPLET
d) RSS APPLET

The thing is that POINT UI developers gave us great engine and the tools to create it. It is not like HACKING TOUCH FLO 3D to do some minor changes. We finally have toys to make a kick ass UI.

I'm running the stock AT&T ROM with Touchflo 3d v2.1. I know someone out there knows how to do what I want to do. Please help! Thanks so much
Just get a custom ROM that doesn't come with Sense, and look up the sense 2.1 cab. It installs sense 2.1 and the default theme is the Rhodium one. Oh and T-Mobile defaults with the black and white one I believe, not only unbranded ones ;p.
The filename is called something like fi. sense 2.1 for WM6.1.cab.
That's my only solution :/.
Find eras2r's Sense2.1 ROM. Pretty much what you need I suppose and probably the best 2.1 ROM for the Tilt2. Might have to change the slider icons, though but tghat's only a cab away
Thanks for the help guys, what I did was just flash the OEM Unbranded HTC ROM. It has sense 2.1, and I just installed a slider .cab. I didn't know if it would work, seeing as I had a branded tilt 2. Problemo solved! And I get my weather on the home screen now. Sense 2.1 isint as pretty as 2.5, but it sure is a lot faster/smoother.
Is it possible to get that black and white touch flo for my Sprint TP2 running the stock Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM Sense? I've been looking everywhere for this particular slider.
Id like to open this back up for discussion as well. Anyone have any solutions?
