It's alright that your English is not very fluent, but at least try to use it ;P It's the only way for you to learn. I know that French people love their language, and I think it's beautiful (my girlfriend masters it)... however, this is an international forum, and English is the most commonly used nowadays.
By the way, I'm from Spain and I try to mimic with the rest of people here! (grammatically speaking, of course )

heck, i've lived in the US all my life and my english is not very good! . oh yeah, although i have a spanish name, i don't speak one word of spanish (was named after my great grandfather who is from spain). i know this is a meaningless post, but i wanted the original poster to feel comfortable writing in english!

Navigon GPS software

Hello All,
I have just bought a TP2, and have tried to install my Navigon 7 software on it.
I know that you have to replace 3 files so that it works correctly for the higher resolution screen, but I still cannot get it working.
Has anyone here managed??
If so... any help that you can give would be appreciated!! I managed to get it working on a Touch HD, but sadly I cannot repeat this work the TP2.

Thanks for the "brilliant" idea.... If you take a look at the Navigon website, you will see that they don't officially support the TP2 (or the Touch HD for that matter).
I posted here because other some very clever people on this site manged to get it going on the Touch HD by modifying some of the files, and was hoping that someone has managed to do the same on the TP2 because sadly the mod for the HD does not seem to work.
Does anyone else have any suggestions?

And it works perfectly, but i installed the 480x800 fix, and now the max-speed indicator looks like: 1... because 100 is to wide or something... maybe i switch back to normal...
anyway, navigon owned all other navigation software... damn this is so nice! And the voice control is soooo nice! It looks like i am talking with a person! so nice!

I am not getting anything either. I'm not seeing the touch pro 2 listed on that previous link and the standard version from navigon just won't start up. It also causes my TP2 to slow to an almost standstill to the point it needs soft reset every time I use it. I tried installing it on both the card and the phone to no avail.

Wrote an email to Navigon and got the information that they are working on a version for TP2, but no information on release date.

Any news on this yet?

Are you quite sure about this?
Because the seller already mentioned "unlocked" on his ebay post though he did send me a message that Orange told him the device wouldn't be usable outside France for 6 months. Still I would really really like to have an Android device asap.

It is not a trackball solution but something with proximity sensor.For me it`s even better.

Trackball wake on CM7 works every now and then, but it seems to be totally random as and when it works. Definitely not something you want to rely on!

Did someone knows now how to put the trackball wake function to a gingerbread rom? I mean not cm

Stiu ca e facut sa nu mearga in mers, ca sa nu iti distraga atentia, dar nici cand stai pe loc... Iara, nici filme de pe stick nu pot vedea, ecran negru cu o banda mare verde sus, pe MX Player am sunet dar imagine nu, pe VLC nici sunet nici imagine. O alta problema e ca nu pot folosi cartela din navigatie ca sa sun... Era de mare ajutor asta, de aia am si luat navigatia si am platit in plus, ca sa nu mai conectez telefonul la ea si sa imi mearga toate cele de mai sus. Ce sa fac? Care e rezolvarea? Sigur sunt workaround-uri, dar eu nu le stiu. Si inca una tare - in Google Play nici nu gasc aplicatia Netflix... Ceea ce e ciudat. Va rog daca puteti sa ma ajutati. Mulțumesc anticipat
