UPDATED 5/3 - HTC-ish v3.1 Themes for PocketCM: Multiple NEW Colours!

A while back I came across a theme called MM-HTC (MaxMotus over at pocketcm) which I really liked but wanted to change it to my specific needs before starting to use it. Since then, I have created and have been maintaining my own versions of this base theme with multiple colours and fixes for many issues including adding support for the various new versions of PocketCM that has since been released.
Here is the result:
v3.1 now available with support for PocketCM v0.20 only.
5/3 - Purple V2 - Using the Schaps ROM background image
Added in this release:
- Purple version to match the default Schaps Rom theme
- Louis Vuitton version theme as a once off.
- Green version theme to match the Windows Mobile Green Theme
Soon I will be releasing v3.1 versions of the other colours (Black, Blue, Cyan and Classic) as well with the following changes:
- Fix for Options page alignment
- Fix for add contact numbers panel
- Changed header - removed signal, battery, time etc and added close box (looks better IMHO)
- Fix for alignment of filter screen buttons

Please do not post adaptations/changes to this theme without PM'ing me first. I want to complete it before we start creating copies.

Based on my iPhone-ish v3.0 theme as well as the MM-HTC theme
- Changed the menu buttons to the iPhone-ish buttons
- Fixed several bugs/issues with original MM-HTC theme
- International theme - you do not need the language.ini file unless you use a non-english version
Known Issues:
If you are experiencing problems when clicking in the SMS Text Box after changing the theme, please do a soft reset and start PocketCM clean with the new theme. This is a known bug with v0.18 of PocketCM

Am an ex-South African living in Toronto. Language in sms is Afrikaans.
Oh, and credit for the theme is not mine alone. The author of MM-HTC did most of it, I just tweaked it a bit.

My new favorite theme. Fits the Sprint Touch perfectly.

If I had a VGA phone I would release a VGA version.
Can you send me screenshots of what it looks like on your phone. If I can see what the issues are, maybe I can fix them

How can I restore the alphabet index along the left side? I've edited the system.ini to make some personal adjustments (height of each contact in list, seperator bar, size of contact picture)...but have not been able to succesfully enable the index.

*NEW* Ultimate Diamond preview

hi everyone ..... this is my first post here so excuse me for the bad english
i created a diamond lookalike theme using ultimate launcher and here is a preview, as u can see i am not a graphics genius .... just modified some work found here on this forum and others so i really think i can use some help to come up with the latest version.
Pic #1 the top and botton bars i used WA3 with the theme clear reflection just replaced them with black bars
Pic #2 i used the diamond clock skin for rltoday and just modified the size and turned the black clock to white
Pic #3 nothing special just the samsung clock plugin and the today agenda plugin
pic #4 used the reflect icons found in the ultimate thread
Pic #5 batterystatus skin
Pic #6 phone alarm theme then dialpad for the photo contacts then some phone icons
i will share the ultimate launcher settings + all the PSDs used and icons shortly but for now please any comments or help will be very appreciated

i am really sorry for the delay guys i had a problem with the internet connection
in the attached file plz do as following:
1- copy the ini file into ur ultimate directory
2- put the ultimate directory into ur SD
3- the manila into rltoday and chose it as ur rltoday theme
4- finally use the images as ur wallpaper there is a dark and light version to ur taste
5- the apps icon will be found in the ultimate laucher refrence thread and its called reflect .... plz download it and put it into icons folder under ultimate/icons

Dunno where everyone is looking and trying to figure out what, when dis app is easily available. u can easily remove lower taskbar on wm6 using nueNoBar 1.3.
Description:
nueNoBar disables the bottom bar on the today screen, giving you more space on the today screen. The softkeys are still functional in this mode.

This app does nothing at all when installed on my Diamond Maybe it just does not work with TF3D and second today.

thats because manila is a seperate app which is made wid a seperate taskbar.
dat way u need an application seperately for manila. n i don use manila caus it uses lot of battery.

Guys. This works with Manilla. I've tried it... And Sunnyin. If you want transparent bars, get WisBar Advanced 3 and find the transparent theme. You have to buy wisbar but it's an awesome software! I bought it

i never though my slang english is difficult to read before i started writing out here @XDA. in every forum i posted people have asked me to write properly. i'll make sure i do it from now on.
anyways, doesnt wisbar has any cracks or keygen or anything. resco has, spb has also been cracked. i'll have to find wisbar somehow.
but if wisbar can make a transparent theme then other developers also can. hope someone comes up with something like tis soon.

From what I understand, I used to use Wisbar Abvance and then Wisbar Advance2 for my O2 Atom afew years ago. Wisbar Advance Desktop is only for ur PC. Wisbar Advance is for the PPC. Hope this is what u were asking

i think there's a bug in the people tab..i'm using the people tab ported from hd and some of the contacts has the "SMS" button skinned and some of the not
check it out and let me know..and sorry for the trouble i'm just trying to help you improve this great theme

the icons on the top like signal,battery etc doesnt show it only show the old icons from my old themes..what should i do?

Diamond 2 and skins

Hi everyone
Can anyone tell me if it is posibble to change the skins on the diamond2 (the newest model).
What kind of program will i need?

no you can't because the skins you pointed out are for TF2D (manila2D) only.
Nevertheless it's possible to change the skin : choose TF3D2.1 skins for your Diam2
The best is to install themes cabs : copy the cab to your ppc then click on it with your explorer (total commander by example) to install it and soft reset (reboot)

hi,
First of all your Diam2 (topaz) is WVGA (480x800px screen) so you have to verify in thread title if the theme is really made for WVGA screens.
Second, your UI is called TF3D2.1 (or manila 2.1) here on XDA : that means you can install full themes made for TF3D2.1 or icons only (from bottom bar) made for TF3D (the first diamond or Blackstone). The best is to try different themes because there is no general rules : some icons sets will work but others won't
The last version TF3D2.5 from LEO device (manila2.5) won't work with your Diam2 stock rom.
there are different ways to get skins for your Diam2 :
- into the dedicated Topaz section : HERE (this one was made especially for your Diam2 so all the stuffs you'll find into this section will work on your Diam2)
- Into general dev&hack section you have the windows themes : HERE
(this is general section so all the themes in this section won't work : verify WVGA TF3D2.1)
- the most important skins databases for TF3D are for Diamond1 (HERE) & HD-Blackstone section (HERE) (because they are older than your D2)
By example, these ones should work on your Diam2 :
- Snoopy
(choose WVGA, don't install VGA or manila2.5 cabs)
- Dusk for manila2.1
- Coquette
- Vector
- my TF3D icons HERE
BTW skins & themes are mentioned by [SKN] or [THE] for a better readability in thread title
One last thing : never install a theme cab on a previous one, always remove old theme cab before installing a new one ^^

well i got something strange it does not fully work on my diamond
How i installed it..
i installed the cab on my memory card. then i installed the program and turned my telephone off and on.. and i tryed to soft reset it.
Is this the right way to install it?
The problem is that the first icon stays in color and the pictures of the icons do not fully fit in the icons. you can not see the full icon.

Do you have the new TF3D2.1 Sense (weather clock) ?

uhmm i have windows 6.5 with the newest rom update from the htc website. the rom update that change the colors the icons. And i do have the weather clock.

oh and maybe good to know.. i have diamond tweak installed on my phone

To change green highlights to blue you can take a look at DJCedric or Henk2484 BlueHighlights
