I mean simply the new SMS application found in WM6.1, in which you can see each contact's SMS together.

But I find the rendering very poor in terms of layout and speed.
It is still PIE and it is still way behind competition.
Opera mini will stay my first option for now.
Waiting for opera 9.5 and Firefox mobile.
I cannot see how microsoft could catch up with Safari mobile any time soon.

I know but vito is way to "heavy" to load, this is why i need a native app to show that alphabet on the side of the right screen.

It was standard on my diamond. I am using the latest official Orange ROM v 1.93
Maybe it wasn't standard on earlier roms ?

after playing arround with some email account settings (pop3, imap) I have now a strange problem:
My main account was and is Lotus Notes Travler which was working fine.
Normaly in HTC-Sense on E-Mail if you tap on the email the email will open.
But now not any more.
Taping on inbox is still working - I get the email list. But no chance to open a single mail on the main htc-sense screen.
I have de- and reinstalled Notes Travler Software allready, resynced all mail, etc. but no change.
Did anybody know about some regkey entries I could try to fix this?

I'm on 1.48 and have the same issue. .net 3.5 is installed.

I even do the uninstall of the .net 3.7 and reinstall the 3.5, but it's all the same that I cannot open email directly on HTC Sense....

I have the same problem after i installed the 1.48 rom (Danish)
I have the same problem too. Someone on some other forum advised me that it's a known bug with the 1.48 ROM. It's really upsetting, this bug!!!!!

Windows live messenger works fine on the HTC HD2. You can use the official windows live messenger app or 3rd party apps such as palringo.

After coming from a Google G1 (rooted) phone and having everything work so smoothly, (ebuddy. msn) i installed messenger on my HD2 and it sucks, big time. maybe this is me? what i am used to? well, real time conversations just like on a pc, but now its like sending a message? it's terrible.
