I am trying to login to hotmail through opera but it keeps crashing opera. I can bring the login page up but when I put in my details and click sign in it crashes opera???

I've been getting this randomly on other sites too.
Mostly fixed by...
1/ Deleting cookies in Opera
2/ Deleting remembered passwords in the password manager.

Anyone able to get www.facebook.com to work with their MDA? Whenever I try to log in it refreshes the page and stays at the login. I could log in with my SK2 but not my MDA, weird... any suggestions?
when you go to the login page click the little link on the page that says login. For some reason when you login that way it works every time

I have the same problem with PIE and this site as well as a couple others, But when i use Opera i don't have this issue.
weird i just went on normally and logged in? :?:
I am having problems logging in using the widget that comes with mobile shell 3.5. When I click the widget it opens up my web browser - I sign in no problems then it tells me to close the window. When I do this and go back to my home page the widget is still not logged in. I have to repeat the process again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just go to Spb contacts page choose a contact and change picture and select facebook. Once you update someones picture from facebook ...... Bingo, facebook widget starts working ..... enjoy

I can confirm that. Exactly the same problem and this method fixed it for me.

I have exactly the same problem.... i tried everything, logged into Facebook in internet explorer, opera and the Facebook ap itself and still, logging in to use a picture from facebook for SPB contacts won't work...
Can anybody help please?

Hi everyone,
When I try to login on htc peep with my twitter credentials, I get an error telling me that I'm entering the wrong username or password. The problem is that these credentials are correct, as I can login using them on my desktop.
Anyone have a solution to my problem?
Tried:
- Removing twitter tab and re-adding it.
- Cleared peep cache
- Soft reset
Solution:
1) Go to the twitter website, change your password.
2) Try to login using peep, it should fail.
3) Go to the twitter website, change your password back to the original.
4) Try to login using peep, it should work now.

Try this, disable Tweeter tab in Manila Settings, restart Manila, then enable again Tweeter tab and try to login. I don't know why, but it does the same thing to me randomly.

Did that a couple of times already, still getting the same error ...
Have you tried cleaning temp files, caché, etc.. with SKTools or similar?

I cleared peep cache and my temp folder, still receiving the error
It is likely that your speling correction is active, changing the first letter of the password to CAPITAL one.
do short try:
input the password as always, then delete the first letter and re-input it.
Or, change your pass to have the first letter as capital
Have you any "strange" character on your nickname and/or password?; like an ñ; ç, etc.. Perhaps HTC Peed don't recognize that character...
I'm starting to be out of ideas.

Problem solved now.
I went to twitter.com, changed my password.
Then tried to login with peep, login failed as usual.
Went back to twitter.com, changed it back to original.
Then tried to login with peep again and now it works again.
Really weird if you ask me ...

Check your TIME, DATE and TIMEZONE!
After a flash, this usually goes haywire. The timestamp between the Twitter server and your HTC device doesn't match up which is usually why this happens.
Try this out. This is the only thing that kept me from logging into Twitter with HTC Peep.
try logging out of your twitter account on your computer first then trying on the phone.

After a fresh flashing (including the last twitter security update) I'm not able to login into twitter and I get the same error message:
Login Error. You have entered an incorrect username or password.
I used this ROM before without problems, so I guess it is not ROM related.
Is HTC Peep starting to have problems again?

It's not Peep or ROM related. Twitter itself messed up something and NO ONE can use twitter anymore ;/.
I'm unable to login with tweet 'till today. Wrong username or password. Nothing listed helped.

I also had the same problem. I even contacted HTC. They asked me to send my phone to service as if they can solve it. They were not able to solve it. Finally I am using an application called MoTweets. I downloaded it from windows market place. After using it for a while I should say it is a lot better than HTC Peep. Try it
Yeah, I know MoTweets. Thats what I'm using right now anyway. But still missing Peep for its integration on homescreen (I'm kinda person "I have 4 seconds of free time, lets check twitter").
I'm on this rom and have problems with bookmarks in browser, they do not sync with google and new bookmarks in invisible.. Anobody got a clue?
Did try overcome rom, the bookmarks synced right away with that one.

I was able to get it to work make sure both are logged in to your Google account, which I'm sure you did.
You are using the browser that came with the rom correct?

Try disabling the ad blocker using the zip from tasks thread.

Yes, the browser is the same. Have tried both suggestions, no luck so far.. When I untick an retick the synk the circular icon turns a couple of seconds then stops.. No probems with the other syncs, just browser. Annoying without my bookmarks :-(
Problem solved!
The bookmarks where suddenly synced after a couple of hours.
I believe the adblock remove did the trick..

The galaxy task rom uses the browser form the ZOOM tablet as it looks a lot better, if you want original browser you can find the system apk (these dont install like normal but go in a system folder and load at boot up) and you cna try the stock browser. You can sync your memo's as well if you go into the memo app, veyr handy for saving data.
I'm having problems switching Gmail accounts on Chrome with the Galaxy S4
For example, If I open Chrome and go to gmail.com and login to [email protected] I have no problems
When I try switch to [email protected] it looks like its logging in then it tells me I'm now logged into [email protected]
Even if I log out off all accounts then try get into [email protected] it just keeps logging me into email1.
Has anyone else had this problem and how do I get into email2 ??

Try it on the Gmail App, or with a different browser, my latest suggestion for you: Install android 4.4.2

I have the latest version of Android on the phone (need to update my signature)
I wanted to keep the 2 accounts on the browser.

You can add 2 different accouns on google's page. Ad both, Maybe try it with the Opera browser.
