Where can I find the Iolite dialer?
Is it possible to add smartdialing in different languages in to it?

I need someone to point me in the right direction on where the smartdial letters can be added for additional languages so the smartdial can recognize what I'm looking for.
I want to reassign the letters in the code so I can search a contact in the dialer for my second language.
I think I need to replace the standart like this:

with something like these (for potuguese for example):

is it possible to add a languagr (Hebrew) to the built-in Legend dialer?
i did try the Dialer One and the aContacts, but both of them are working very slow when i search a contact.
