I have the same "problem". I'm looking for a original/official German ROM for HP IPAQ 614, but I only can find original English ROM.

I am searching for a portuguese (portugal) ROM for an iPAQ 614c, it can be either 6.1 or 6.5 but i have no success finding it so I make a request to someone who can cook (translate) a ROM and upload it to the forums.
