i'm using Manilla 2D and installed Manilla 2D customizer version 0.27.232.
default soft keys
left button = Phone
right button = Camera
change for other applications buttons. In this regard, I have no problem.
but one of the buttons "Launcher Widget" (programs) can not be set.
How can I do.

Not possible and has been asked 1000's of times...... I'm sure that if you had looked in M2DC thread and gone back about 10 pages you would have your answer..........
Reason not possible M2D Program Tab is hardcoded in M2D.
Please in future post in the thread of subject M2DC or Q&A since this is a question.

I hope someone can help...I have a Mogul and installed the HTC Home Customizer it works well but the phone is missing an icon.
Currently: Home, Weather, Launcher and Profiles
I keep trying to add the 'Contacts' but it does not show up when I customize with either the "Today" or "HTC Home Customizer"
It should be fairly easy but I cannot find where to make the change in the registry if that is where it needs to be done.
Which version of HTC Home Plugin are you using? It might only be a 5 tabbed version. Try this one:

Are you also running any form of the Flo Cube? If so. That Is why.
To solve you need to go to today settings, uncheck contacts, hit ok. then go back in and check it to show again. Should be fine.
Is there a way to change the softkeys within TouchFlo 3D?
I have the Touch Pro, and with a remap app i can change the softkeys when TF3D is not running, but a s soon as you launch the TF3D the two softkeys are set to "PHONE AND PROGRAMS".
Can this be done with a hack, or anything in the registry?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, there is an easy way to do this - though it took me a long way to find it.

I used the latest Version of AdvancedConfig (v3.2, see: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418151) and changed these settings via Menu -> More Setting -> Key Mapping, namely left and right softkey. In my case I redefined them to iContact and ThumbCal, which are relabeled in TouchFlo 3D correctly and automatically.

I guess by editing manila files only. I don't know any other solution for this.
BTW, Advanced Config and TouchHD Tweak dont' work for Rhodium Manila, can't remap softkeys this way.
How can i remap the softkeys in rhodium tochflo3d? Is there a solution?
Advanced Config V3.3. Under menu and more settings you will see the softkey remapping menu.

I would like to map the softkey to "PROGRAMS", it there anyone know the path or registry value? Thank you.
Have you guys forgot that there is a search button on this forum?
1. For editing softkeys on the home tab, use either Advanced Config or Softkey Manager (unless you want to edit the registry yourself). SM is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=414405.
2. For editing softkeys on the other tabs, your best solution is using SS MaHo. This will not actually change the softkey itself, but it will "overwrite" it with a label so that it changes what the button does. It works just fine. when i try mapping secondtoday softkeys from the secondtoday settings,it affects my original tf3d softkeys page as well.

Anybody know how to create multiple secondtoday? as in i can toggle btw 2 today screen and my original tf3d screen. I need another additional secondtoday screen to use FEwidgets.
I am looking for a solution for changing the programs in TF3D.
I tested already the Alt-tab.exe and the alt-tab in Aebuttons.
If you have 3 programs opened these alt-tab changes only to one or 2 programs.
I mapped the alt-tab to the back-sensor button (right button to "Home").

copy the TaskMgr.ink from windows to \windows\startmenu\Programs - It is not beautyful but it works. I´ve set it on long press phone button - bebause I need all buttons as they are
well the taskmgr.lnk contains the html-help to the taskmanager. if you start the taskmgr.cpl you have only a windoq of the running programs. not a finger-friendly solution.

I would prefer a solution as is already is on the HD on top of today screen. But I don´t find a way to get it to work on a button.

Manila softkeys:
31. Remap Manila softkeys:
HKLM/Software/HTC/manila/
HomeLSKPath, which is the left softkey (Standard = Phonepad)
And
HomeRSKPath, which is the right softkey.
If you change these with the location of the programs you want to link to, and simultaneous change the names:
HomeLSKText = Left softkey text
And
HomeRSKText = Right softkey text.
Example:
HomeLSKPath: "\windows\manila.exe"
HomeLSKText: "E-Mail"
HomeLSKArguments: "--switchtopage email.page"

I found the above in the Diamond forums, so I was wondering if there is a way to do this in Manila 2D and change the Home tab softkeys to link to another TAB (ie, Programs, Internet, Contacts) , instead a program. I know you can use Manila 2D customizer or simply make changes in the regitry if you want to change the home softkeys to link to an App, but i'm talking about another tab here.

Hmmm, they made this feature available in TF3D, so I was just wondering if there was a way for it on TF2D. I have Camera as my default, so I wanted the Programs tab instead. Thanks for sharing your personal opinion.
Oh, it's definitely possible. My NFSFAN VZW 1.10 ROM had the M2D programs tab as the right softkey as default, on my Vogue, but I'm not using it right now so I couldn't double-check it. Did you try the Diamond forum thing? I'm not sure if you need to swtich the name of the .exe, but it seems reasonable that the two programs would have similar functionality.
