Disable incoming call Auto Wake Up? - XPERIA X1 General

I had this same issue with new SMS and solved it by making some dword on the registry.
However, now I seem to have the exact same problem with incoming calls.
I put my headphones on and listen to music.
I get an incoming call.
Answer it by pressing the button on the headset without looking at the phone.
Finish talking on the phone, call ends, music resumes.
Then, the phone is woken up and is playing around inside the pocket.
Suddenly the phone calls someone.
Not only that it opens up some programs etc.
How do I leave the screen off when I answer an incoming call?
Or, is there a way to lock it again when the call ends?
I guess I need to have the phone wake up when call comes in as I would want to see who's calling sometimes (when not listening to music).

No Call while PocketAlarm rings

Hi,
today I noticed while PocketAlarm tried to wake me, i.e. made it's alarm sound, a call didn't ring, but instead the caller was immediately routed to my mailbox. Could that be? Would be a bit annoying, I'd still prefer to get a call through instead of having an alarm ring Could that have to do with Sound already playing, so the phone couldn't play it's sound? Back to "single-task" days then?

No ring?

Sometimes my phone turns on, displays call ID, and even rings via bluetooth, but it won't make an audible ring. I know that all volume settings are correct because afterwards my missed call sound plays.
Any ideas what is going on or how to fix it?
Hi, I get this too occasionally - all of a sudden I will get a voicemail message and the phone did not ring. then a few mins later I may get another call and it rings as normal...
I am running ringo, so if you are as well that might be the problem.

Universal rejecting calls?

I've got a Universal with all the default ROMs and whatnot. I also use SPB PocketPlus and vBar.
Recently, since I got a bluetooth earpiece (Motorola HS820) - though not when the earpiece is turned on/connected - my phone has started rejecting calls when I try and answer.
I normally have my phone closed (screen not showing). Since some bug stopped me from being able to talk on it whilst it is closed, I have been opening it so the screen shows (and the keyboard doesn't) before I press answer. However, now this rejecting problem has arisen. I get a call, I open my phone so the screen shows and then press the answer button on the spine. This stops the ringing, but the incoming call popup stays as though I haven't answered, the person doesn't hear me and I don't hear them, then I get a missed call notification.
This does not happen 100% of the time. So far I have only noticed it when I've been receiving calls from my mother. However, she's pretty much the only person who rings me
Anyone got any ideas as to what is causing this/how I can fix it?
Update: I've done a hard reset and it seems the button still isn't answering the call. It isn't rejecting the call, it just isn't answering it.
This phone is proving to be more trouble than it's worth...

why ringtones only ringing for 17 secconds

no matter what ringtones i use they only ring for 17 seconds is there a setting or way to alter this.
and how can i silence an incoming call. id like the option to answer the call or press a silence button so the other caller still
thinks the call is ringing and that the call has not just been rejected.
thanks

Sounds like your calls get diverted to voicemail after 20 seconds (takes approx 3 seconds for the phone to ring on an incomming call). Setting your divert can be network dependant, but if you go into phone settings, there is an option called "divert" which yoy can change. Be warned - if on vodafone or other similar networks, the network handles the call diversion. However if you change this, you may be charged for the phone diverting calls to voice mail.
To mute the phone on incomming call, simply turn the phone face down on the desk. This should mute the ringer. If this does not work, you need to install HD Tweek or similar to set this option.
yes mate your right my phone does get divertd to voicemail but i was getting 29 seconds i think it was on my nokia n95 when that was set to divert. on orange you cant set divert on or of by the phone you have to ring the network but cancel divert.
as for the silence calls on flip if i have the phone in my pocket and someone calls the flip does not work as i have no surface to lay it flt on i just tried it .
so if anyone else has no solution the only thing i can think of is
1 cancel call divert with my network and hope there is a third party software that can manage my voice mail . any recommendations ?
2 any recommendations of any software to silence calls by press of a button ?
thanks
ok i managed to get the ringtone to ring longer before it goes to voicemail .
the settings for that are acually in the phone ardsar says but how can i get the
phone to silince callls without turning the phone over .
im looking for a press of a button method.
thanks
Press one of the volume buttons when your phone is ringing
blimey so easy eh when you know how .
cheers mate appreciated
or you can dial this number
**61*insert your voicemail number here*11*30#
if you then hit the call button and enter this your phone will ring for 30 seconds before going to voice mail.
cheers

Problem with incoming calls, buzzing sound or no sound at all

Hi,
I have a problem with incoming calls, it happened 3 times already. A call is incoming, phone rings, I answer it.
I hear a second or two of the other person's voice, then I hear constant buzzing sound (or no sound at all). When I try to disconnect, the phone app goes off like it was disconnected, but the top bar icon "in a call" is still there. Then I can't make another call, disconnect this one etc. If I want to call that person back, I have to soft reset the device.
Did anyone of you encounter such a thing?
