It seems that I have very comlicated situation. Firstly, I have flashed my german rom with extended customized rom and now i am stucked at my O2 screen and nothing happens. I can just enter to boot loader mode. When I enter to boot loader mode and when I want to flash with HTC od DOPOD or any wwe rom I get eror 244 - no valid ID.... I can not use my XDA orbit any more or boot it to windows so I would really like someone to transfer to me his experience. Please help.
...or please if you know where to find Xda orbit GErman rom to download. Since no one can update to WWE his non WWE rom I would like just to make my Xda usable with old German one. Hmmm, ironicly NOW I CAN not find that german rom to download... Please Help!

i cant quite follow on what you mean by "flashed my german rom with extended customized rom".
did you fiddle with your extrom or what?
nevertheless, eror 244 - no valid ID, means you are flashing an incompatible rom. this is due to your machine only accepting o2 xda machine code roms. only way to get passed this is to acquire supercid, meaning unlocking your machine via http://www.imei-check.co.uk/c3unlock.php
in order to flash the htc or dopod roms.
since there is no o2 xda rom around, akaik, you will not be able to regain your system, unless you are able to flash an alternative rom, which needs you to be supercid. havent heard of anyone being able to dump a rom properly yet, neither being able to reflash it to another machine

The think I do is - I have installed EXT Rom in English on my German O2 Xda ROM. I stucked myself at O2 Xda orbit log screen. I can not go further with booting. I am hapy anyway that I can go to boot loader.
Do you know where I can download GERMAN Oreginal Xda orbit rom so I can return to old one and at least use my machine???
Can we expect easy way of changing rom like with Qtek s110 or Xda Neo???
Please can anyone EXPLAIN DETAILED INFORMATION and procedure of unlocking via imei chack.

I need a little help. I have XDA Orbit from O2. Some times ago I unlocked it via imei-check.co.uk. Today I try many coocked rom updates like Black & Blue and to the end I upgrade it with oryginal O2 WM 6.
After that IPL and SPL was upgraded from 1.25 to 3.04. Now I can not upgrade my device with any rom update, I always hahe ERROR 270 (image file damaged), files are OK, becouse I test it before that las upgrade.
I do CID and Sim unlock once again but without positive results.
I found some rom update from uk t-mobile byt after upload that rom I couldn;t do any other rom update too beside oryginal edition form O2 UK.
Can any body tell me what a f... is going on ?
Hello everybody, i have one problem with my P800w... it has WM6 (3.7.709.1) in CHT and even if i use your amazing USPL doesn't work. After install USPL, when upgrading, still shows ERROR 294: Invalid Vender ID
Seems that USPL is not working on it...
Or maybe ROM WM5 CHT ROM for P800W do downgrade? Anybody know where has?

if you are looking for an official English Vodafone Qtek 9100 wm5 Rom (WWE),you can get it here in this link,but if you want to upgrade to wm6,there's no official stock wm6 upgrade available,for that you'll have to flash a custom build wm6 rom,but then you'll have to SIM/CID unlock your phone first and upgrade.You'll find latest wm6 roms in the "Wizard mobile 6" forum.

zabardast_1 I tried this link below... but it gave me an Error [260] Update error while flashing the rom. And Ive noticed that everytime my phone starts to load, the connection between PC and phone is lost... and that same error popped-up.

You can flash the ROMs with the RUU in the ROM package, should you have trouble with upgrading, try Mun's RUU (thanks for the tip Boto).
Download Mun's RUU from the above link and replace it with the RUU in the Rom which you want to flash.

I do have the "old" Polaris and tried to upgrade mine using this Iolite ROM provided in this thread

unfurtunately I'm getting "Error [244] : invalid model id" although I've already "installed" Hard-SPL V2!
Any ideas how to fix this?

This is original Iolite ROM. In old Polaris/Cruise you must install recooked ROM, not original Iolite ROM... Its other hardware old and new Cruise...
Anybody knows how to remove CID lock for the new cruise device (Iolite)?
