Does anyone of any software how you can edit the graphics and any links to tutorials on how to do this.
I have just learnt how to update my own prophet with new windows mobile editions ...
I am now running Windows Mobile 6 Iphone Edition.
I would like to be able to edit the files used in this ROM or be able to create my own?
Can anyone help please ?

I have put together a ROM bundle with both SMART.UPR for 6.1 & 6.5 WWE. These ROMS are stock standard for the T3238 clone, no customizations or extra programs. Please see attachment.
do you have these ones for the Hisilicon version?
Sorry, only have the Marvell ones at the moment.
Will this work on the T3232 clone (Marvell PXA310)?
Should be ok, mine is the same processor as well.

1. It doesn't have 3G.
2. The back of your phone (under the battery) has chinese characters and has also written HTY
i don't think it has diffrences... oo yeah... it has one: if it is a clone, it will have 624 MHz CPU
later edit: by the way.... this way you can know only if it is a clone ... to discover if it is a clown you have to go to the circus (just kidding)

Hey! Ill be so happy if you could help me! I have t3238 touch 3g and theres 6.5 os on it (Build 23090.5.3.0). it soo buggy annoying (no alarm when i setup the alarm, no system beeps, bad wifi signal, bad network signal etc.) and i want to install a new working os.
CPU: Qualcomm 7225 528MHZ (or Hisilicon K3 528MHZ the page say where i ordered from)
Radio: 1.07.10013
Protocol: DV3.0
If i forgot to write down something please answer me and i will write down the other things!!

I got a K688... file from here but as much I looked 4 it, could not find the link. It is suppose 2 b 4 K3 models -if the 1 u have is really that!!-

hey! i have problems to "upgrade" my t3238 to 6.1 (cause i dont like 6.5)
i put the file to the card then try the combos.
theres a combo which is a green/white screen saying: Checking valid image file!
i think this will install the new ro, but its not :S
can someone tell me the way to upgrade my os?
edit: i tried to rename the file, but nothing happened...
edit2: yesterday, i renamed again the file, then try the combo. the phone sais not enough power in the battery to perform the update...:S i tried the combo in the morning, but sais "file does not exist"... Please help!!!!

hello! i own a HTC Touch 3G and i was wondering if it is possible to remove the Windows 6.1 and install a version of Linux. If this is possible i would like to know how to do it, if i can save the Windows 6.1 that came with my phone in case of mistake and what are the available versions of Linux in PPC. Thanks.

Hi! There is no such ROM Linux! Which future for HTC Touch 3G is no clear, because now I see nobody ROM to continue to build models anymore ... Should probably only switch to another PPC?

It's a question of drivers / radio ROM
btw. nowadays Android is the best so why to use something worse I have an old HTC with win mobile - but I do not use it since I have android

If there is a similiar device like Galaxy 3 with WM6.5.3 (with same hardware) then the portation is possible. Like betweend HTC HD2 and HTC desire it's possible, because the hardware and drivers are almost the same - so there is this option to port the OS. But it's still not working for 100%.
Just imagine to work on windows mobile without arrows for an example.
What do I miss on my android is just IGO 8. and better exchange sync support.
But for an example I do not see a reason to import BADA.

The ROM's only a proof of concept as of now, you can't download it and nobody but Cotulla can run it (well at least the one in the pics, if anybody else could port it I'd be very impressed). I wouldn't expect the ROM to be publicly released any time soon, but maybe within the next few months.

And its an x86 version (Enterprise) and not the ARM version (RT)
You'll need the updated MAGLDR by Cotulla,
but he hasn't released it...
For now, just wait
