New User - whats some good software titles?

Hi guys,
I am about to get an XDAII in the next 2 weeks. What are some must have software titles for it? I already have Agenda Fusion, Battery Pack 2003 and MS Voice Command lined up for it. What else is good? System utils? Office programs? Games?
Also, is there a battery pack 2004 out? Somebody told me about this, but I have no idea if it is yet available.
Thanks in advance!

DayLight saving time problems

Hi, a few months ago I upgrade my qtek9090 to WM6.1 build19199.1.0.0 from Xplode and i'm very happy with it; surely compared with the HTC Touch which I used for half a year.
Now I face a problem with (propably DST) when I sync from my email (Lotusnotes) from another timezone, I get the appointment with a diff of -1 hr in my QTEK agenda.
Within WM6.1 I nowhere see a setting for Daylight Saving time, so you can not de-select it.
Windows also doesnot offer a solution.
Does anybody here have an idea or solution?

Marc

Check out Microsoft KB949168 on their support website. I downloaded a CAB file that has corrections for DST and installed it on my Blue Angel. This worked for me.

Do some reading dude... One, it's not the theme that adds the tab.
Two, you will find they are not that far along with Manila yet and are still working on an 'info' tab to house all your important information.

What calendar app do you use?

i dont like wm calendar.
which one do you suggest? thanks

I use AgendaFusion since years for a perfect overview about every kind you like, categorie symbols, full colors changeable as you like it, and all details can be made on the road as on the Outlook for PC.
If you like it for easier finger touch try AgendaOne of the same developer (www.developerone.com)
Have you tried QuickCal ?
Regards,
Carty..
thanks guys
ill look into them and let you know!

I agree. By far the best agenda app. I'm still using 8.1, but will upgrade to 8.5 soon since it's said that it's more finger-friendly

Can't wake up to weak alarm

I have the US version HD2.
The built in alarms are pretty weak and it stops after like 10 - 15 seconds. Is there a way I can use a .mp3 as my alarm?
I did a search and some programs are for wm6.1. Not sure if they will work with 6.5?
What apps do you guys use?
Try G-Alarm by ageye http://ageye.de/index.php?s=home . It doesn't cost much and is very comfy. By the way they have another very useful program G-profile which fills a big gap in winmobile. I use these for 4 month. Greetings from Europe
