Dialer Skins That Include Video Button?!

Um, is it just me or why do i never seem to get the video dialing button on skins? I have gone through about 5 skins that i use on my phone and non have the "Video Call" button.. 8( anyone got vista aero or dark dialer skins that does have the "Video Call" button on it??!!?

In the wiki you can find 4 skins that have the video call button enabled.

All 4 dialers in the Wiki does NOT have the video button enabled.

Your da man marka2k!!! Just what i was lookin for.. And there is some nice other skins aswell! thanx! 8)

I've used the Carbon Extra Black Skin and it's very nice, but if I use the call history button, then I get "buttons" that are "Trinity-green". And I've searched the phone for image-files and I've found some that I've changed to black, but I'm not able to find all. Anyone knows? Are some graphics hidden in other files?

Download the DLL from the "3G instead of U icon" thread. It will turn your history and speed dial icons to black-ish grey instead of green.

Dude, post a screenie of this?! I want to see it! Coz, that was the first skin i used, and i had no Video Call button!! Now myne works with those from marka2k's site he gave..

For the record...
The skins in the WiKi DO have the video button as it clearly states
"These dialers include the video button, it is not shown in the images below because they are taken from a device emulator that does not have a video camera."

Hi I just found this one is a very nice looking dial skin!
I do not remember the nickname of the user (in this forum) who design it but he did a great job!
And with video cal button!!!

I've installed it on my TyTN and it works fine with the LVSW ROM I'm running.

Man this rapidshare site sucks. Always slow and never give you chance to download. Either the time out or download tries ends or the link is invalid. what the hell. you have this forum's ftp then what is problem

Please note this does NOT work for the Hermes, or at least not for me. Had to uninstall it because I couldnt start my dialer after installing this cab.

I've just noticed that if you install the dialer skin you'll lose the "G" or "3G" in the top bar.

does this version of the dialer support vid calling?
Assuming not if it was originally done for the wizard

Anyone can confirm the missing 3G icon anomaly?

It's not supporting video calls as the HTC Touch doesn't support it.

No Video calling - and the line where your manually dialed number is displayed is much too dark... (dark numbers on dark background)!

yeah it removes the icon..seems it slows down the phone also since it wasnt made for wm6

Uninstall it?
Could anybody help me? I want to uninstall cab but it can't. I got the message "The Equinox Wizard reTOUCHed Dialer could not be uninstalled completely...".
And the Dialer has still the reTOUCHed skin... =(
Softboot etc. has no effect...

Lost the 3G/E icon as well. After uninstall and soft reset, all seems to be well.

Hello everybody !
Is there a way (with regedit) to have this dialer skin with the right size on a HTC Touch HD screen ?

Call Status Issue
I am using a Wizard (with Herald ROM port) and I am having a peculiar issue where in the "Call Status" screen none of the icons are showing on the buttons. The buttons seem to be working fine but they are just blank. The only thing showing properly is the background and the blue call information box. Anybody had this issue before?
PS. this is happening only on the call status screen. The mail (dialer) screen seems fine.

Nevermind, had some registry issues and got them fixed. This is an excellent skin! I only wish it had a soft key for call/end

Wrong function for the video call button

Hey guys,
On left-bottom corner of the 3G Dialer panel, the function of video call button has been replaced with the call history, and there is a line of text that shows "call history".
How can I restore back to the original panel?

Same problem on my HD. That's due to a program previosusly installed. I tried everything but coudn't get rid of that text. Also tried hard reset an copied original dialller on the phone. No fix found no where...

Tired of accidently pressing keys while in a call ???

Hi there ... for a while now I`m using Duttys ROMs, but I have a problem with the sensor that turns off the screen during call ... sometimes it doesn`t work properly and I keep pressing screen buttons with my cheek. I remember having an incall slide curtain on 1.43 original ROM that helped for this bug, but it`s never included in any latest ROM ....
So I`m asking for the folowing : is there a way to install just the curtain cover, or change the registry somehow in order to bring back the curtain, or it must be implemented in the ROM itself ?

i have the same problem and it's driving me nuts . also, the "tap with two fingers to shut off the screen" trick does not work with my device. windows button --> lock helps but is not reliable. maybe someone can make a custom made lock screen?

i'm looking for that too... it would be easier to have the proximity sensor issue fixed thand that (battery wise)...

making the curtain show or not is an option that you can set, and heck knows if I can remember where!
I actually want to have all those buttons always accessible (that is, I disabled the curtain) because I've never had problems with proximity on my ear and accessing all the options immediately is easier, but I uderstand it's not the same with everyone.

It depends on the Rom you`re using ... when there is a ROM with curtain Enabled by default , there are programs like BSB Tweaks that can remove the curtain ... but where the curtain is not presented at all, there is no way to enable it .... that`s what I`m asking ... isnt there a way to just flash the phone canvas, or a .cab or something to bring back the curtain on cooked ROMs ?

ouch right... that was the one, I used bsbtweaks to disable the curtain Sorry I couldn't be of any help

the s2u2 lockscreen has got the ability to lock ure phone when the connection is established.

but what about the secconds it takes until it connects?

how reinstalling incall cover slide ?
I'm french and i'm sorry for my awful english...
i've a great netdrg rom (2.5j FRE) on my HD2 but neither bsb tweaks, hd tweak, nor S2U2
however i don't have this so usefull incall cover slide. I searched everywhere to get a cab or files needed to get back it...
if you have any solution, you'll have all my thanks and respect !!!
