I cant get this to work on my Diamond. Call Recording does not Work correctly. You can barely hear the caller voice.
Does this depend on witch Radio Rom the TD Use? I Tried with Stock Rom 2.03 and Radio v1.09.25.23 + v1.11.25.01
Some People reported that they got it to work on Toch Diamond and Pro.

yes screenshots are from Touch HD.
Touch HD supports Real Incallrecording with Radio Rom 1.10.25.25. This Radio also enables Incall Recording for other apps such as Resco Audio Recorder. This is what makes me think that its an Radio issue on the Diamond. Maybe i have to Flash an Blackstone(HD) Radio to find out but first i have to security unlock my diamond for that.
Can somebody who already has an Blackstone Radio on his Diamond Test this?

I got it working on my personnal kitchen (both sound equally loud).
It doesn't come from the radio but from the drivers.

As i updated every single part of my kitchen before getting it fixed (all OEM packages updated and XIP & SYS ported from 21028), I don't know exactly wich file is needed but I'm quite sure it comes from a file from OEM\OEMDrivers.
I tried to replace file by file while installed but it made my device crash so I'm not sure it's possible to update the needed files except by cooking theim.
Anyway, I could release my kitchen if people are interested and if I find a decent connection to upload.

got this working on my diamond but i cant find where the recordings are saved.
Used Total Commander to search for all .wav and .amr files, and tried the recorder using both file types and recording in both locations (device/internal storage). I can play the files back using Incall Recorder, but I want to back up the recordings and listen to them elsewhere.
Any ideas?

My YouTube is working normal , but some people said the same file cannot play videos on their devices.
I took a little time and found out why they cannot play videos...
so.....made this file for all people use......
This is WWE version , other Language please change the MUI...
attachment pictures is 0404 version , not WWE version...
but it looks similer....

Thanks! The only WWE i know is wrestling. The YouTube file didn't work on my Sprint Touch

Same thing with the herald I'm afraid, cannot play video.
I deleted my Dshow and Cook a new ROM , and all videos cannot play.
maybe Dshow is another key point , like other Thread said.

search "tiida" and have a "Adv. Nissan Tiida" (00:34) can play within Dshow and my Youtube..

all latest ROMs are pretty good, you should test them all before deciding which one you are shooting for!

Touch it Beta 3.6
Touch it lite v1.0
Touch it opal beta 2
many more
Before you can flash them, you should install HardSPL. You can find the how to via search.

I would recommend SyriusR1 and then remenber to update the radio roms to the new 1.59.42.15 to get it working properly as it does not work with older radios.
I have an original unlocked model, should I still install Hardspl?
What are the differences between all these roms? (are they provided with built-in applications? and with radio rom?)

Yes, you still need hard-spl!
You can find all the info about the roms in the opening posts of the threads.
They differ in programs installed, drivers used (i.e. the 3d driver), and in use of memory and cpu. Some are faster then others but speed comes with less 'options', some features are disabled to increase overall performance...

yep same here, at the moment i recommend syrius r1 with the appropriate radio, it has little bugs, which can mostly be fixed, and other than that, very stable and responsive
I would recommend M-amine's M2D rom. Very fast, stable and contains the latest P3D drivers. And in different languages.

With all respect, I ask this mainly because I'm not very in to this development, but what use has the 3d driver for the polaris?
I don't want to sound cocky and I do respect everyone on the project, I assume it's a hell of a project , very interesting. But I'm just not sure if I need 3d drivers for the functions I use on the polaris...

A cooked rom is a rom made by someone else than HTC. Original ROMS are signed with a digital certificate by HTC. A cooked rom is not signed and in order to make your Polaris accept a non-signed ROM (i.e. cooked) you need to install HardSPL first. If you do not install HardSPL the rom flash will fail and you are left with a bricked (non-functioning) phone.
Remember that installing a new rom is like performing a hard-reset (and it is indeed recommended to hard reset after a flash). So backup any contacts, appointments etc first.
Do not take a complete backup (image) of applications, settings (registry) etc since they are of no use on any other ROMs than they were backed up from.

I agree with PseudoReal, i think you may be mistaken with r0. apart from what Pseudo mentioned, i also saw that my front camera is working fine.
I have Syrius R1 and QuickGPS doesn't work. I tried several times today. Weather is updated while QGPS is trying to connect, so the Internet connection works (through 3G).
SR1 is good, except for the clock background which blocks a huge chunk of the background picture. (I had some trouble changing the Manilla skin, but now it works and I have a clock with no background.)
Oh, and the GAPI BitBlt graphics test fails on SR1 (but not on SR0).
(I didn't try M-Amine)

Without any problem, I was able to install. But after then, When I try to start to program from "Programs / Multimedia/ Footprint" I get the following error message
"The file 'HTCFootprint.exe' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file."
NOTE-3 If you have enough space at your STORAGE, you can try and see if it works for you. Do not worry, UNINSTALL is working perfect, At least works for me
But please do not forget that **INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK, AS STATED BELOW IT HAS BUGS STILL**

i am facing some strange problems in wm 6.5 rom made in earvius visual kitchen.......and since there are not great chef's in opal forum i need help from you guys to solve the current bugs......
here are the bugs......
After flashing the wm 6.5 rom when device reset
1) today settings not working
2) volume up down keys not responding
3) comm manager not working
4) internet sharing not working
these all bugs only happen with 6.5 rom not with 6.1......
here i am attaching the build log from my kitchen......
any help would be appreciated.........

just change the name of your main folder kitchen its too long and dont put spaces betwen words... I use XDA word
Be sure that your commanager works in the 6.5
is 6.5 or 6.5.X wich version?

I am having everything working fine...but when i use ppc pim backup to restore my contact and messages....the next time i reset my device,then all these bugs appear......
i'm using comm manager for 6.5 compatible.....and for your information ..these all ext packages working fine with htc gene.....
It's not related with m2d mega....even if i build the rom without m2d it stills got bugs.......
same with the volume bug.i have already included volume control packages
i have all tried up.....recmodding my modules...to free up slot 0......
been flashing 100 times to solve my probem with different combination in ext packages....
if you are interested then i will upload my kitchen....just to look for...

Pim backup performs a backup of many regs... and ofcourse the structure of some things like sms... so... if your backup files was did in older builds... that backup is making problem due to the incompatibility.

my back up files are not from older builds...these are from 21864 build.......
these opal bugs are not directly related to pim backup,some times it occur without pim backup.....but the strange thing is when i install sdkcerts.cab ......and do reset...the bugs disappear temporary......
the funny thing is why you add sdkcerts??? if the kitchen do that for us automatically...

Download speed is too low, ROM request: ORG TG UK ROM with all toshiba apps with coreplayer. but remove orange maps, help video nd other wallpaper update RADIO.
If possible add sense 2.5 2016, which is vga but full raw available on net.

GPS does not work! As in the firmware without Manilla.
Installed GpsModDriver. In EXTERNALGPS update data. Run IGO. He sees the GPS module and satellites. Specifies the location in less than a minute. And as soon locates the GPS module hangs. The same thing happens with the Garmin. Once the module is hung, restart the software does not work - shows that the GPS module is connected, but no satellite can not see! Only helps the Soft Reset. The problem is hovering GPS module after determining the location!
PS The firmware series 23 .... no such problems. GPS works well.

You HAVE to use SDDL+
great rom indeed
only lacks ram, but this is a problem already known
just a suggestion and many already said so: your 6.1 with sense would be great as it has a huge amount of ram

I'm use SDDL+.... and I rename the rom to "TG01WP_00.tsw" same... SD Download Fail
Downloaded file without extension is RAR archives. Rename the downloaded file to RAR and extract the firmware from the archive.

Radio 1600.05 has disconnection problems, i never use it, i always change to a better radio. Unfortunately for experimenting reasons i mixed this rom with radio 5001.0300.76 only to find out that it also has disconnection issues. Call quality is quite good though.
By the way, WoW, this new sense is blazingly fast! faster than both previous versions i've tried. As for ram, you could leave out the manilla phoneskin, that could give you about 6-10mb more, but then again it is too beautifull and practical to leave it out and it wouldn't really be sense without it
