Hiya is there any way to do this? There is an app that does this for the palmOS, and i was wondering since WM5 has a standard camera api, is it possible...
I would be very keen to use that!
Please let us know if you find a solution somewhere other than here ...

Hello,
Rather then post exactly the same topic, i also must ask this
Help appreciated
I searched all over the forum & couldn't find anything on this...
I was just curious what program anyone uses that would allow me to create themes with the dual images? I am currently using the Microsoft theme generator but when I go from portrait to landscape, the image doubles on the background. Is there a certain program or do I need to resize the image to a different size?
If anyone has a program or a link to download something I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Luis

Confusing
Thanks for the response. This program is a bit confusing. I guess I'll have to play around with it some. If anyone has anything simpler, please let me know.
Thanks,
Luis
Hey guys...
not an IT newbie, but a newb to fiddling with winmobile phones.
I have the CeRegedit tool, and the BuildOS tool from PPCKitchen...
But what I'd like is if someone can point me to a step by step newbs guide to this stuff?
Basically, i want to keep all the sprint APPS (music, etc), get rid of anything that is crap (and you guys can surely advise on that eh?! ).
I want to add a few apps, like YouTubePlay, and maybe a keyboard that is more useable / iphone like? a more flexible Cube to which I can assign apps? (I mean, sprint App Store? A default for your quick access? Marketing dudes at work!)
But I want to Optimize... Ringtones, media, music, camera, app install, etc. default to the SD card, etc.
so, what tools do I need that I don't already have? What advice can you give? Step By Step??
Thanks!!
John
a good place to start would be to do a lot of reading on these and other forums such as ppcgeeks....then i would start with a simple kitchen such as ppckitchen.org

I would not have asked if I'd not already don a **** ton of reading here, and on ppcgeeks... Damn...
no need for an attitude and if you have done a lot of reading you would know how to do just about anything as there are many tutorials on this site alone. the easiest way to fully customize your rom is with a kitchen. i gave you a link to the easiest one to use just follow the directions.
has anyone here heard of it. it is currently out for macs and pcs and i believe somebody is trying to produce an app for yhe iphone. what i was wondering if this could be possible to get on the rhodium thanks in advance
any word on this any devs willing to try
Although S-planner has many stickers doesn't cover many professions like my own, so I decided and created some that suits my needs.
These stickers are png images 150x150 32bpp (obviously with Alpha-channel/transparency).
I based mine in the same files as the stickers I downloaded form Samsung trying to achieve maximum compatibility.
I put them in the /data/data/com.android.providers.calendar/sticker where the originals reside and changed (using ES explorer/root on) the permissions to be the same as the originals -rwxr-xr-x plus the owner and the group to u0_a151
But unfortunately the extra stickers aren't appearing in S-planner even after Reboot.
So. There must be something else to consider.
Perhaps another property of some kind, or there is a cache with all these icons that didn't update, or maybe someking of a log where I must add the names of the newest stickers, that I named them in the same fashion as the originals.
Any ideas?

Easy peasy!

The owner doesn't respond to private message, perhaps others know how to make your own stikers for S-planner?
Maybe anyone has created and could share?

Anyone still interested?
I have a quick fix I could share if anyone's interested. I don't want to hijack anyone's thread, but if this is still something people wanna know about (and it's not already shared some where else here), I'd be glad to help.
