I know that you can change the highlight of the menus but how do you change the highlight of the following things?
The task manager and the frame around the tumbnail...

Task Manager
I don't know about the contacts tab, but the tweak for the task manager is here.
if im not mistaken, the frame around the thumbnail is manila file 05e06f39
Taskmanager color is two regkeys
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\TaskManager
ManilaCustomHlUp
ManilaCustomHlDown
They are a little bit tricky, you have to enter the hex values in reverse order, if you want 004080 -> editing 804000 works
You can also use UITweaker to change it, search for it in the forum
The thumbnail I think is 05e06f39_manila
Changing the taskmanager color changed the thumbnail to the same color for me. I did nothing to any manila. No more green!

Hey,
What font is used in the today screen?
I'm making some profile images for PocketZenPhone and I want them to be the same font as all the other plugins (calendar, tasks, etc)
Cheers
Use the system default font:
Tahoma
I don't remember exactly the fonts size, maybe 9 or 10. Try it!
There is a suggestion in the Microsoft developer tools help for the font size on the today screen. So note, if the developer hardcoded the font metrics in to the program, you can't change it.
I developed a small today plugin. It displays the actual name-day. And it lists who has name-day today from my contacts. Here is a screenshot.

Hi,
please take a look on this screenshot:

.
Look at the menu in the bottom. You can't read the caption of the menu, because it is colored white by pressing it.
This doesn't appear on soft buttons, so it can't be a great change to do, but since I'm not familiar with themes, I can't do it. Maybe there is already a solution, but I couldn't find anything .
Best regards

Ok, I downloaded a TSK creator, and was able to identify and change the appropiate value. Now you are able to read the menu caption:

I have attached my edited version, maybe it will be useful for some of you .
Im looking for the original Comm Manager theme that came with the old UK Diamond(I Think). It has the white background with blocks and has green selectors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Heres a pic of it:

Yes, I would like to have it too - there are a lot of cooked roms, that have different layouts - I want this one
Thanks
Edit: solution: Extract the files from the zip to your windows folder, if the font color is wrong, look for nadavi comm manager, and install that - it will fix the font color.
I want to change the blue highlight in task manager to light grey(i can do this by changing themes, however i like the current one). Can some tell me how this is done please...

go to HKCU\Software\HTC\TaskManager\ManilaCustomHlUp and Down
change the value to whatever coler you want
go here for the color codes:
http://cloford.com/resources/colours/namedcol.htm
On another note, you can do the same exact thing with the start menu highlight color by going to HKLM\Software\HTC\EnlargeMenu\ManilaCustomHlUp and Down. same color codes as above apply. (this is presuming you use the normal windows start menu and not the manilla menu).
thanks for the reply...However i do not have these entries in my registry..hmmm
Not having a lot of luck trying to identify some of the items in the S5 dialer.. which makes it harder to change /mod /theme them. Can anyone tell me or guess at what value might control the sub action bar menu background color? It's circled near the top and black in this picture. It's not any of the values in /res/values/colors.xml.
And maybe the names for the two circled icons at the bottom? Normally you could just look at the images in the xxdpi folder.. but most of the pkm files won't decompile with mali or any of the other texture compression tools that I've tried, making it harder to confirm.
