[REQ] contact selection alphabetical

Hi wouldnt it be nice to have some one develope this for the diamond? as a standard plugin, and not a complete installed app??
The picture is from Vitos Funcontact, a good app, however long load time, this is why id love it "native" to manila

What is wrong with the built in contacts app that has the same alphabetical selection on the right hand screen

i dont have that in my contacts, how do i activate that?

The picture is from Vitos Funcontact...

I know but vito is way to "heavy" to load, this is why i need a native app to show that alphabet on the side of the right screen.

It was standard on my diamond. I am using the latest official Orange ROM v 1.93
Maybe it wasn't standard on earlier roms ?

i tryed to set thumbcal and sunnysoft contact as default calendar and contacts manager with ssmapa like on the diamond and raphael, but on the hd it don't work. close manila and since i delete ssmapa patch manila did not appear..
solution?

Did you remember to do the bit about dragging your files onto the Unsigner app? TF3d isn't available on my HD after doing a change until I do that step

Use the latest version of SSMaPa, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=447481&highlight=ssmapa. It will do the unsigining function for you. I have iContact and PocketInformant running as replacement just fine.

I just completed this process 20 mins ago. I think the alphs 0.2.2.2 is the latest released 11/19/08. But I'm pretty sure its the same in respect to the automatic unsigning.
Now its linked to Pocketinformant ..... Niiiicccceee.
Oh.. do a search in This thread for "TF3d Customizer". Thats the name of the thread. I think its on page 10 or 11 right now.
Second post, the person gives a really good detail how to link this.

Is there away to map TF3D "All People" to Pocket Informant--contacts? Is it the same path as the Calendar?
I successfully mapped the calendar to a specific view in PI8. But I dont know if it will work with the contacts. It seems like once you apply this patch, if it dont work then you are messed up and have to HARD RESET.
If it does work, do "Menu" work in TF3D?

Hi,
I have modified diamond maila. Following are the modifications.
- CFC Compressed.
- HD Weather Tab.
- HD Contact Tab.
- Calendar Tab.
- Call History Tab.
- Manila internet link to Opera in Storage Card.

If you want Opera to be used from internal memory, just download and replace the file in Windows directory.
This version of Manila works fine in Shaks.P 4.30 Lite ROM.
Update:
- Added messaging zoom in and zoom out button (see screenshot)
Known Issues:
- After Zooming in or out, if we move away from the messaging tab, the zoom in or out is lost.
- The zoom in or out button effect will only be seen when you move among your messages.

You have to translate the attached file for having this worked for your language.

well ihave now try to put it in to my rom an it doesnt work it wont even start up

You're from Portugal so try to add the file inside the zip to windows dir.

You can use Advance Config or Diamond TF3D Confug.

[SOLVED]Slow typing problem in Opera 10

hello to all
i have cooked with opera 10 and i used the Virtual keyboard from Rhodium s2 i have one problem when i type with virtual keyboard in opera 10 when i click a letter it shows for two second before i try to type the second letter ...i mean the magnifier when we click in a letter in keyboard ...i have this problem only with opera10...
will anyone please help me if u have any solution

i think its cause of the opera you are using
there are different opera 10 builds and there where a few wich hadslow typing problem
if you try a other version it probably will be fixed

i did not able to change the cab to enxternal packages i tried this version Ninja Duck Opera 10 (BASE-FL-XX-XXX) 1.3.cab..
when i use cab2oem it convert but in converted folder there is nothing...

Try using Ninja 4 EXT Opera10.cab.

thanks bro...but not working still same problem i think there is a problem with exe.file ...but i finally got it work by taken the official version from opera.com and i added the reg entries from the externalpackages...now it works and i dont have the lag problem and it is set to deafult by using the reg entries from ext...
