1.43 O2 Rom Link.

Anyone got a link for this rom so I can flash it back onto my Leo?

+1 on that also could add [wanted] to the title i was well happy thinking that it had been found! Also doubt ill be the only one thinking this so far this has been my luck on dumping but wont have time till after xmas to do much more i think.

I can confirm it is indeed the original 1.43 O2 supplied rom. I had less problems with this than 1.48, I'm glad to be back on it.

BUT it's an earlier ROM than mine. It's RUU_Leo_TMO_UK_1.43.110.0_Radio_Signed_15.25.50.07U_2.04.50.20_3_Ship.exe Whereas my device has 1.43.110.2, 15.26.50.07U and 2.04.50.22_2. Therefore I'll give that one a miss for now.

One silly newbie question, do I need to use goldcard to flash this ROM as it's the original one my phone came with, or do I just run the exe from a PC and connect the HD2 via activesync?

This ROM is a bit older than 1.57.728.02, but after a few days of testing, I found out that its far more stable than the newer one (1.57.728)
I couldnt find it on XDA, so i thought i should share it with you guys in here.

where can we locate our RUU,it only shows ROM and how do you extract RUU and ROM.

rename the .exe to .zip and extract
then you will find your .nbh's
one is RUU_signed.nbh and the other is SPL_signed.nbh

Sorry what i mean is from my hd 7 already found RUU and the ROM it's in the bootloader right?so how do we extract it from our device and convert it to custom like ansar ,cotulla and the rest.Seems interesting to hack or develop like them.

you can't get a rom from a wp7 phone (like you could with wm phones)
I also still don't understand what you want , al the rom's ansar has are just stock rom's.
as I see ansar only replace imfgs.bin from other stock roms so that you have different radio/spl
the only stock roms that can be modded as of now are pre/nodo roms (we have no tools to mod mango roms)
thats way ansar rom's need to be updated to mango AFTER flash.

actually i was thinking how do they create the custom rom that's all.

Your best bet is to use a kitchen if one exists or hope somebody makes a up-to-date one.

[??]ColorOS for I9500 how to port to I9505 / I337(m)

Hey guys, not entirely sure where to port this but here goes.
I was watching the product launch of the oppo N1 and noticed their ColorOS looked like something fun to try out.
Did some poking around on their website
ColorOS forum without translate
Person taking credit for it on XDA with their own forum when it is actually provided by OPPO : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2455932 (side note original link is an ODIN file and this guy did make a flashable zip so he should get some credit
Anyways I was wondering how tough it would be to port it over to our devices aka I9505/I337(m)
Anyone have any tips, maybe suggestions on where to place this thread for better reception?

I've tried to port it a few times, i'm having trouble finding a good base rom so i don't think i'll be able to make it happen myself

I saw that this rom is based on the MIUI, right?!
now, if the difference between the i9500 and the i9505 is only the processor why don't you take the Prism ColorOS ROM v5, and put this kernel download646. mediafire. com/akz46i2vruzg/gy4tnpf6d064f8v/MIUI-Abyss-GT-I9505-1.6.1FSam.zip into it?! I haved this problem when I installed the MIUI ported for the i9500 that doesn't work on my i9505... maybe this is a good strating point! @AL_IRAQI PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING! I had thought this as well but previously on Prism v1 i had asked him which base to use and got the following answer
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47428345&postcount=163 So i've been trying to do that. The big problem is the kernel and not having the right system links in to the rom. It's not quite as simple as flashing the rom and then putting a new kernel in because of all the back end stuff unfortunately.

Might take another swing at it over the weekend if i h ave some free time, we'll see.

Does anyone have ANY Rom for the HTC 8525/Herm100/Hermes?

I realize it's 2021.
This is my first ever smartphone and I recently found a used one on ebay for like $20. I bought it for the nostalgia, can you blame me?
I would really like to get something other than WinMo 5 on it. Ideally 6.1 since I know those were the most stable. But all of the links are dead--I've searched dozens of threads so far. Does ANYONE happen to have a link or a copy of one of the flashable ROMs left?

I was in the same situation as you for a while - it took years of on and off searching in order to find it, I even made some posts here under my old username (F84Win), forgot my password for that one though. Eventually a couple years ago I was able to track down the official WinMo 6.0 update thanks to me actually thinking about the best way to find it. It's RUU_Hermes_CINGULAR_WWE_3.62.502.3_6275_1.54.07.00_108_UOOS_SVN05_Ship.exe and a bunch of websites have re-uploaded it, so it shouldn't take more than a quick Google search of that filename to locate it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any custom 6.1 or 6.5 ROMs with working links, but this'll at least get you up to 6.0.
EDIT: Someone on Reddit also found a Mega upload full of custom ROMs a few days ago, you might be able to find something interesting in there (Schap's 4.30, for example).
