Hi All,
Just to let you know of my game engine I have created which can play all the classic Scott Adams adventures on your Pocket PC.
It was created and launched last year on the 30th anniversary of the birth Personal Computer Text Adventures.
It is a free download from my website http://www.therealeasterbunny.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk.
Unfortunately because of the way the game is played there is no current support for SmartPhones but if you have a Windows Mobile, then by all means get downloading
It was created with BASIC4PPC. Source code for the engine is also available.
The majority of screen sizes are supported such as 240x240, 240x320, 320x320, 480x640, 480x800 and landscape modes as required.
It has recently been featured in the PDA Essentials magazine and appeared on its cover disc along side having some online reviews, one being MyTodayScreen.
Old skool gaming at its best.
Requires Microsoft .net Compact Framework v2.
Have fun!
Steve.

I'm looking for this game for my wizard. it is typically called elevens or 11-ups. i really enjoy playing this game and wants it for my phone. i found a version of this and it did not work for my phone. it was made by afewgame.com
here is a description of the game.
Cards are laid out on the screen in six (6) overlapping levels, with the remaining deck cards placed at the bottom of the screen. The first deck card is turned face-up. The object of 11-UP is to remove all of the cards from the playfield by combining them in groups totaling "11"
here a couple screen shots of the game on the pc or touchscreen gaming system.

I think...no warez
i'm not looking for warez. either a link to where i can purchase it or a freeware.
Seems their site is under construction...
However the game and information is available at http://www.qtek.mobile2day.de/platform_wince/produkt.html?id=87808
I found 2 programs on the web, and they can be usefull for further development.
First program is called "dynamo", when it is started it show all open application on one single screen. Windows Vista and Apple OSX haveboth the same feature and it looks nice on a PDA.
Here is a screenshot when the program is running an the opened applications are shown:

In the attachment is the program.
The second program is even more interesting, but still very basic and complete useless at this moment. The program has the ability to change to another screen in an animated way, flipping, sliding, etc.
In the attachements is a demo and it think( !!!!) the sourcecode. I am not a developer, so please excuse me if I am wrong or show up with something old.
Both apps are from Aspecto Software www.aspecto-software.com
I'm new here, lurking around for a week or two, anyways I have used every major mobile platform so I have many ideas to incorporate them into the Diamond/Windows Mobile.
One game I would really like to see on the Diamond is Crayon Physics or Physics on the iPhone. There's also a desktop version, I think.
Basically, it's a game based on physics using the accelerometer, or you can just use the screen. You have a stage set up where you have to get a round ball to reach a star/goal to proceed onto the next level. You draw on the screen to make your pathway, pass obstacles, and whatnot to get the goal.
Here's a picture:

}
So does any developer want to try this out? I have no developing skills at all, but if it's easy to learn then I would help out for free.
See the G-Sensor reference sticky post, there is an app EXACTLY as you want, with uses the accelerometer..... but isn't a game
I port San angeles to windows moible platform, first I use PPC 2003 SDK, compile success, but can't be fullscreen, I run it on my HTC touch pro with width=480, height=640, only got width=240, height=320.

Looks like glViewport is called with (0,0,240,320). Try to call it with (0,0,480,640) and see if that helps (just for testing).
I hate Microsoft!
After google the problem, find the solution:
Add one resource file one line:
HI_RES_AWARE CEUX {1} // To turn off the emulation layer
