i want a tool that can create custom skins for the universal

xdatime - you still have to clarify what you want to skin.
Today screen, phone, start bar, incoming call, start menu etc?

I've written a little utility to help novice users make registry hacks. Its written for WM Smartphone (no touchscreen functions work) using the .Net CF and only tested on the Blackjack, 8125, and PPC6700 but it should work on most Windows Mobile devices (reg values may have to be adjusted)....anway, you can download it http://www.infinityball.com/Article.aspx?ArticleID=134. I should have the source code posted on my site in the next few days, so if anybody wants to make the touchscreen work better they can have at it.

Optimized HTC home for diamond?

I have tried to install the old htc home on my diamond, but I can't find a properly working cab.
The best I found on this forum is the file htchome2.cab, here's a screenshot:

As you can see it's not well adapted, and the screen is not as responsive as TF3D.
So sorry if it was already asked, I couldn't find an answer, but is there a diamond-optimized version?

You will have the coloured icons too, and there's also a thread to change the windows logo only in this forum

要放入windows的東西都在資料夾內嚕
thing need to put into windows dictionary is all in "put inside files in to windows" folders
放完加安裝完請重啟,鍵盤應該就會作用了
