CID Unlock nothing works.. Please help

Here is my problem. A friend of mine bought in Singapore a HTC Touch. He gave it to me and i CID Unlock the phone, a year ago, and put the Blue Touch ROM on it. It works perfect.
Now i bought the phone, and want to make CID Unlock again, to put a german ROM on it. But it didn`t work for me. I tried it with the Unlocker from the forum here. It works till the white Screen and then the pc didn`t find any connection to the phone...
I hope somebody know what to do..

the problem :
-when somebody try to call me ,receive a operator erorr like the person u try to call can not be reacheabble,or he receive 3 beeps and close conection...normaly at my phone nothing happend,all the stuff seams to be ok no errors receive on my display,signal lines are ok...
- i did master reset,hard reset,soft reset etc. same problem(i have no programs installed on it ) PLEASE HELP
-the operator is Vodafone

[Q] ROM for my HTC, bricked by mistake

Hello every one,
I flashed a custom rom, and over clocked it, and it ran for 2 days , now i m stuck at the boatloader screen with no RUU text at top right corner.
It shows
IPL 2.26.0002
SPL 2.28.cmon.
I tried almost all the ROMs available here but all of them stops at 3 percent.

You are not cid unlocked. I suggest to Uspl then Hspl.

i heard the onyx is good but still i want options to chose from.

You are cid unlocked but very old version, now try Hard spl 3.10 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445666 then you can try without risk of bricking any cooked rom until you find the best for you.

I have the same problm in my htc touch p3450. but few times my phone switch on after the few minutes of pressing the on/off switch.i really want my fone back plssssss plssssss some one help in easy & detailed way.......
