i installed the touch keyboard. i like it but it kind of makes my sliding keyboard limiting (symbol and ae button dont workk).
i would like a keyboard hardware button for an underscore, do you think this is possible with ae button plus?

Hi all.
I have various games that need more hardware buttons than the athena has.
Is there any way of using the keyboard as extra hardware buttons through add on software or mapping of some kind? (I really miss worms!).
Thanks in advance.
Sean
I was able to map some keyboard keys using AE Button. Some buttons map ok and others yield unpredictible results.
I'm not using AE Button for games but I can bring up Agenda Fusion with no problem using the "OK" Button
So I'm trying to use PQzII to turn the Windows button into Ctrl/Alt. But when I set it up, it changes the Windows button on the keyboard, and the one on the front, and the OK button on the side (but only on the Today screen)
How can I just remap the button on the sliding keyboard without changing the other ones?
Hi there!
Anyone know of a way to map the panels button to the start menu, without the use of software like AE Button? Perhaps a registry change? Because AE Button comes also with a task manager and stuff which I don't want.
Thanks!
Now I can only assign functons to Button 1 (the green button), but can I also assign functions to other buttons (eg the up and down buttons)? In the Setting->Button, only I can chose the Button 1 only but no other button I can choose or add.
Thanks.
I do not think that you can do that. That's the beauty of touch phones, minimising button usage.
There's a software for that: AE Button Plus
Is there a way to assing other hardware keys to launch apps other than the SEND (long_press SEND) and POWER buttons (long_press END) already in use on my HD2? This is sucha limitation for my workflow and apps I use most frequently...
Thanks in advance for the info
Use AE Button plus... you can set any of the hardware buttons to start any app, although some do have issues with the volume keys not sticking with the AE Button settings, it works well enough for the buttons on the front of the phone...

Yes precisely, I have encountred those exact issues, its not an app that I can use without too many drawbacks.
